The glasses feel very cheap and also look it. I know they are not expensive but I was hoping for something I could happily use. The lens is not the same throughout and areas appeared blurry. Going to the bottom of the drawer.

We're sorry to hear that your glasses haven't reached you. As we hadn't received any previous contact from you about your order, we weren't aware that there had been an issue with the delivery.
We've tracked your order and can confirm that it was placed on 14 June, dispatched on 15 June, and according to Royal Mail's tracking, it was delivered to the address provided on Tuesday, 16 June 2026 at 9:50am by St Albans Delivery Office.
Of course, we're happy to investigate this further. Please contact us via email info@goodlookers.co.uk and we'll look into this and try our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Decent enough
Overall, pretty good. A range of designs for glasses cases. The cases I got are all pretty small, they don't fit big sunglasses in but I didn't check measurements, so, that's not their fault. My order arrived fairly quickly and well packaged.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, however my glasses have broke, emailed customer services today for a replacement so hopefully they continue with the excellent service I have received. I also purchased another pair of glasses which were excellent.

Poor product quality.
I recently purchased a pair of glasses from you, but after only one week of normal use, they came apart because one of the small screws fell out.
I am very disappointed, as I expected them to last much longer than this. I contacted Customer Service about my issue, but I never received a response.

All Goodlookers glasses come with a 1-year warranty, so in the unlikely event that a pair is faulty, we're happy to offer a replacement or refund.
In regard to your email, our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. We can see that your emails were sent on Friday evening and Saturday morning, outside of our office hours. As we're closed over the weekend, all emails received during that time are reviewed and responded to on Monday.
You should now have received our reply and we hope the resolution we've provided has resolved the issue to your satisfaction. If you feel we've been able to put things right, we would be grateful if you would consider updating your review to reflect your overall experience. Thank you again for your feedback.😊
