My helper is wonderful and does not mind what she does. This service fills a gap for someone like me and life has become easier because of it.
I would recommend to anybody.

Our nominated carer is very inventive when it comes to distracting our elderly mother.

I arrange for my 88 year old mum to get some help as she had broken her collar bone.
She was at first a bit worried but after the first visit she was so happy and pleased with Ellie and now I dont think she would be without her.
Superb nothing is to much trouble.

We have found an absolute gem of a helper using Good Life Sorted. At the moment, just a couple of days a week, but it's made such a difference. The administrative side is stress free too.

Friendly service which is reliable and caters for my elderly mothers needs.
One thing it does is give her independence and enables her to go out, while the family know she is safe and well looked after. She is then able to tell us where and what she as done e.g going to a garden centre, looking around and enjoying tea and cake.

This organisation supplied a home helper who sucked the patio doors vertical blinds up the hoover pulling off and damaging around 70% of the bottom chain mechanism- sorry I do not know what that is called. But this happened and was caught on my security cameras. I have video evidence, no question. The helper ghosted me , ignoring my calls and then denied any knowledge of this when I reported it through the organisation. I have cctv footage of the incident but they have declined to assist me to get the blinds repaired. I would have not minded if I had recieved honesty and a repair - or even an apology! But I got nothing. I am now looking for an organisation who respects their clients and does not employ liars.

From the start everything was organised quickly and efficiently. The admin had been seamless. With regard to the companion they found for my mother, she is outstanding. Very caring and thoughtful, amenable to changes, additional hours and taking mum out. Nothing is too much trouble.

We also used this company for my father in law and again they have found and provided someone who really suits his character and needs.

Emily is an amazing help to my father-in-law. She is reliable, honest, helps with cleaning, sorting cupboards, shopping.

Organising the service was straightforward and we were able to start the service quite quickly. The helper introduced by Good Life Sorted has turned out to be a very pleasant, local lady who has settled into the role extremely well.

Receptive to my emotional state, tailored her responses to my needs giving me comfort and reassurance. The six weeks were very helpful.

Margaret is very good company for my wife who has early-stage Alzheimers, and is willing to turn her hand to almost anything. She has fitted in with us very well.

They provided a lovely friendly caring lady to cook for my mother 3 evenings a week. I think the cost is extremely reasonable. She is very reliable and good life sorted arranged cover when she went on holiday.

When we first suggested Good Life Sorted to our mum, around 18 months ago, she was very reluctant to accept the help that we could see she needed. We managed to persuade her to give it a go, and it has been an absolute game-changer, particularly as her health and mobility have deteriorated since.
