Fraudulent activity. Ordered a Kindle which has never been delivered. Phone number does not work. No reply to emails. Luckily I had made the payment with PayPal and I was fully refunded.

I haven't received my order
I ordered a Glowlight 4 plus e-reader…
I ordered a Glowlight 4 plus e-reader case in rose gold. I emailed Good e-reader on 10/6/23 to find out estimated shipping time. I was emailed response that Jana would notify shipping immediately to let me know tentative ETA. When I didn’t receive a reply I again sent an email and was given the exact same response as before-Jana would notify shipping to get back to me. I notified Jana that I was very unhappy with the service and poor communication. I was then emailed by someone by the name of Jon who told me they reached out to me to see if I could pick a different color. I never received that email. I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund. I received my refund quickly and was able to purchase the case and color I wanted for less money from a different company.

Do not order from this business. I ordered a.replacememt part for my device and have waited now for a month. The only response I get is that it's on route and don't provide any tracking for purchases under $100.00. They are rude and don't respond to your concern. Buyer, beware!
Got the item - but could have been easier
Took my money. Claimed that the item had been dispatched. But it wasn't clear if it really had. I got my bank to start investigating in case it was a scam. Eventually the tracking code that I was given (Japan Post) worked and the item was delivered about a week after I ordered it. In the end everything has worked out, but the combination of the rather odd customer service messages & the reviews on this site made me very worried.
DON'T ORDER
They are extremely, extremely rude, unprofessional and slow. They took my money and never sent me a product. They ignore my emails or write 2 word responses to emails saying wait. It's been multiple weeks and they never sent a tracking number. Extremely poor, don't recommend anyone to buy from them.
Did not ship and just keep receiving the same automated message
It has now been several days I have tried to contact the seller for an update on an order I placed and a discrepancy between their site and Shopify Hisenseeink store. I just keep getting an automated message. There is a real need to increase transparency on whether the item is in stock or backordered and to honor the estimated processing times. They are the seller in both cases. I have reported the fraud.

Scam website. Will take your money immediately and then no one will contact you, or answer questions about order. Weeks go by and you get nothing! Took forever for me to get $300 back and I never once heard back from this company. Scam!!!!
I placed an order for an e-reader that I did not receive or get a refund for
I placed an order for an e-reader (Barnes and Noble Nook Glowlight 4), the order was placed on Sept 30th (for the cost of the item plus $30) of shipping. I contacted customer service multiple times (Jana and then Jason). I never received the item. I never received a tracking code. They state the item was delivered. It's October 24th and I still haven't received the item or a refund. I will never use Good e-Reader again. There would be far more accountability with an organization like Amazon.
Wrong tracking number / not reacting to questions
In search of e-ink smartphones I came across this site and purchased an Hisense A9. It's the only handler that delivers this device to Germany, unfortunately.
At first it seemed valid, you get an order confirmation, then a tracking number was sent. It delivers to Germany (where I live) and the parcel is nowhere to find.
A call at DHL Express confirmed that this parcel was delivered to a private person in another town 700 kms away who paid customs.
I wrote to the company for clarification, if they gave me the wrong tracking number, or if they made an error and put the wrong address on it (even though why would some random guy pay custom when they don't know what to expect?!).
No response. Even after a second mail where I was clear that I will have my bank get the money back if they don't care to answer > No response.
I advised my bank to get the money back. Thankfully there is this type of backup available if some company tries to presumably scam you.
As this company is clearly not interested what their customers think, they can have their 1 star rating and a fair warning that you might not get anything from them, so purchase at own risk.

Excellent Customer Service
The device I wanted was out of stock and I was up against a time crunch. I e-mailed main customer service and then they put me in touch w/shipping who then called me personally (which these days is almost unheard of) to offer me a great solution. They went above and beyond to get a device ASAP!

This company doesn't respond to emails. I've sent 3 in a month and haven't received a reply. If you have questions about anything you buy from them, look elsewhere.

Never received order
I've ordered a TCL Nextpaper 11 tablet on August 18 and delivery supposed to be 5-8 business days. I've paid extra for international shipping but my order was never delivered. I've contacted their costumer support 3 times but they always have same answer that they will check for me about my product. My first and last time to buy something from them.

2 months of waiting without any notification. Insincere customer response. In the end, I ordered the same product somewhere else and it was delivered in one day. One-sided refusal to request a refund.

It's almost like this was one large scam that flies under the radar because it's a pretty niche market. I've initiated a charge back. I'm getting my god damn money back.

GOOD eREADER IS NOT SERIOUS AT ALL. I made an order one and a half mont ago. They didn´t send it yet (even if they told me they did, but according to the tracking number info they never did it). I asked several times for a refund and then they stop answering my e-mails. So, they got my money, they didn't send the product and never answered me again.
