It took over a month to get my Goodme product and when it came after choosing English it’s still in half Chinese. No owners manual on how to change to 100% English and I purchased to read my kindle books and the kindle app is not on the unit and I do not see any way to download the app. Horrible customer service. No estimated shipping dates given. Takes way too long to ship. The shipping label was created over a month after the order was placed. Still waiting for it to arrive 2 weeks later. I expect this from Good e-reader. I've order multiples devices and most take a long time as they ship from china. I hope the device is great and makes the extra wait worth it.

I recently ordered a Hisense A7 CC phone. It took a little longer to ship than I expected, but customer service was great when I inquired about the status and they tied my order to my newly opened user profile so I could check myself. The order was shipped internationally with EMS tracking such that every day I could see it made the next hop.

It is a functional e-reader that really can read every format known to man. It arrived very well packaged. Has amazing battery life. It has some very distracting light bled which I marked up to being one of the cheaper e-readers out there. Otherwise you get exactly what you paid for and what I was expecting so over all I'm not disappointed.
Great page turner terrible website/store
First the product is fantastic! I can read books on my kindle and now have a page turner. It took almost a month to get my order which wasn’t terrible but the problem was I ordered this and made an account at the same time. Then I would try to login to my account to check the order status and it said my password was incorrect every time or there was no account. But there was because I written down the password and the login information. Then I had to create a new account and have this order added to it via customer service representative. Then that worked for about a week and then I somehow got logged out and tried to log back in and couldn’t login yet again no matter what. So I had no way to track my order. It was a huge pain! When I had spent over $50 for something I at least expect to be able to track my item and log into my account. The only reason I bought it on this website was because Amazon was sold out. Now looking back I would’ve waited.

Package never made it to destination. I contacted them and they stated it was being returned to sender and I would be refunded. 2 months later nothing and I reach back out to customer service and they refuse to do anything to help.
Worst customer service ever.

Poor customer service
Day one - confirmed my order and took my money, then nothing for 3 days until I chased them. Then I got a two line email with a (Japanese) courier company name and tracking number. No salutation, no apology, no link, no sign-off. Basic courtesies that cost nothing. I wonder if I'd have got anything if I hadn't asked.
And as you can see from their reply below, they don't read reviews properly, or take criticism well. I wasn't complaining that it took 3 days to ship, I was complaining about the (lack of) communication.

I would not advise buying from this place. Their website prices are in US dollars which is not specified, shipping is slow, tracking number not provided in a timely fashion, no refund seven months later despite no goods received. Rude and unprofessional customer service via email.

Quaderno Gen 2 purchase
The shipping was relatively quick. Pricing was okay. The Quaderno A4 Gen 2 was in good condition. I was disappointed by the absence of any apps as I thought that GoodEreader was updating them by default to run Google Play or that this feature could be enabled by the user. Based on some extended discussions with customer service I got to understanding that it cost extra and was not guaranteed to have long term support or stability. I opted not to make the change. In its stock form the device is reasonably good, but very limited in its functionality. Also, while there was a customer service channel the communication process was not straightforward and contained some incorrect information at the start. GoodEreader gives access to some interesting specialty products, but I might not use them as a first source for buying devices in the future.

Husband ordered as a surprise for me. Product never received and then order randomly cancelled. When I showed him reviews on here he was thankful he got his money back. Ordered from Amazon instead.
Left Hand Doesn’t Know What right Hand is Doing
Gosh! Horrible experience. Made an order and should have received it in a week. After I had not received it, emailed them and they said it was processing. A week later I emailed again. They said it was processing. A week later I emailed again. They said it was processing. You get the idea. 5 weeks later they said they would forward me to their shipping department. A week later still no email response so I emailed again and they said they would forward to their shipping dept. A week later the shipping department said it was out of stock and gave me a refund!!!!!!! What a waste of time! Ridiculous communication. Stay clear!

First I have to say it took a few weaks to get my device. Like you can read on other reviews the time span can vary. It took as well about 1 week after the label was created to be shiped, don't know who to blame for this.
By the way I ordered a bigme carve about 1 day after they announced their deal with bigme on their page.
The communication was quite responsive but I suspect that Jana was quite annoyed with me. By the way, hi Jana.
