Amazingly efficient service
I reported trolley fault one day, courier picked it up the next , fault fixed (electrics upgraded) the next day, delivered back the next for an extremely reasonable price.
Absolutely brilliant and personal friendly service.
Highly recommend this company.

I was very happy with my purchase and their prompt
dispatch. Unfortunately the courier contacted me
that I had to pay a additional 31 euros because of new
tax. I returned them and my A/C was credited.
So i would give full marks to this company

Maria, thank you for the 5-Star review, we really appreciate it. Unfortunately, when buying from the UK into Ireland, or any other EU member state, although we don't charge UK VAT of 20%, you will have to pay Irish VAT of 23% and Irish duty as, in effect you are importing goods from outside the EU.
A small glitch
I am one of those people, that if something is going to go wrong, it will happen to me!
I had an issue with my trolley, where I could only disconnect my battery to switch off, then couldn't switch back on.
I emailed Golfstream about the issue, and they immediately arranged for the trolley to be picked up.
This happened on a Tuesday. By Thursday the trolley was returned, upgraded and with a change of trim, which I had been planning to buy!
All this, at Golfstream's expense!
Amazing service, great people to deal with, and I just hope that by giving a glowing review others won't expect Golfstream to provide free goodies!
I love the trolley, and the upgrade is brilliant. Can't recommend or rate Golfstream highly enough

Great product, even better service!!
A great product is one thing, but fantastic customer service is what really makes Derek and the team at Golfstream earn the 5*.
After 2 years of trouble free use of my trolley, the on/off switch recently developed a fault.
I emailed Derek with the issue, he immediately offered to either send out a replacement part or to collect the trolley for a free repair. I said to Derek I was happy to fit the part myself, and 2 days later it arrived in the post. Less than an hour later, trolley back in perfect working condition.
Incredible service and a lesson to almost all the other companies out there who forget about the customer as soon as they've made the sale!

In trying to obtain assistance with the service of a replacement screen I had a very uncomfortable and unhelpful teleconference with the technical department. I was accused of laughing at the engineer which I found pathetic, I was chuckling at my inability to comprehend. I would never deal with this company again.

When you spoke with me, you were telling me I was wrong, even though you had called for assistance. We continued and you laughed in what I took as a dissmissive way. We are here to help and we are good friendly people, but we are human too.

Main tube on my GX3 after only 7…
Main tube on my GX3 after only 7 months. Golfstream repaired it under warranty requiring it to be send away for a week by the time it got picked up. It then failed again after another few weeks with the new rivets falling out. Had to send it back again a week ago and still not got it back. Not confident it won’t be the last time

Spares and repairs
Made contact about a possible warranty issue. It was handled really quickly with some knowledgeable and helpful replies, including offering a repair free of charge.
I then ordered some spare parts and they were dispatched quickly and with clear instructions on fitting.
Great customer service and great producs.
