Golf now is excellent as you get to play courses that you wouldn’t get a chance to play as you can save monthly vouchers and play some great places , truly great idea , some of the clubs are fantastic inc Irvine bogside , turnberry , made to feel very welcome and will be returning, for any golfer this is exceptional value

GolfNow is simple and easy to use. It does not have all courses on it, but has most of them. There are 'special offeres' available.

I've used GolfNow many many times over the past couple of years. It has always been easy to use and I haven't had any problems with it. I plan to keep using it in the future.

Great for booking alternate courses - I'm a member at a club but do like to play other courses. this is ideal to find those deals that might take a while to find phoning round.

Easy to use Web site but need more courses and more offers. For instance when bad weather is forecast and the courses are empty the prices should reflect - they don't + Alot of courses are not on there.Good but could be a he'll of alot better.

Great site to book your game on. Easy to search for a local course. Would be happier if it gave a few extra days ahead.

GolfNow is excellent as far as it goes. Unfortunately, many golf clubs are now more than happy to take bookings and green fees - including through GolfNow - without communicating shortfalls in product/service/experience prior to the golfer's arrival:
Closed practice greens, warm-up nets, holes and pro-shops, winter tees and greens, shortened holes. Buggy/Electric Trolley/Pull Trolley bans at the drop of a hat and on a whim.
Such types of reduced product (and more that I'm sure many itinerant golfers would add to my list) would necessitate discount or refund in any other customer facing industry.
The opportunity (and frankly obligation) to advertise such inferior product on GolfNow pages would be a great improvement.

Easy to use booking service and excellent customer service should you have any problems or need to cancel / reschedule your round due to bad weather.

1. When booking on the system it does not clearly differentiate between 9 and 18 holes. There should be a default facility on every members settings to only show either 9 or 18 as selected. Playing from different tees to 9 greens does not constitute 18 holes. Alternatively state number of actual holes in the course information 9, 9/18 or 18.
2. There is no closed course eg due to bad weather or reduction in number of holes open, information mechanism.
3. Sort out distance information eg from my home to Silverdale GC you state 28 miles , whereas RAC route planner accurately states 42 miles
4. I like Golf Now, and regularly use Golf Now but have to constantly remember theses points . If you could just sort them out, that would be excellent

Brilliant organisation to deal with, I have enjoyed so many rounds of golf particularly on my hotel breaks with them. They have a no nonsense refund policy. Regards Michael Baker

Really disappointed with the service and unable to find any way to contact by phone email or the chat option which is said to be available from 9-5
My tee time was cancelled by the course I had booked into play due to wet weather. I have waited days for a refund but nothing has been actioned by way of direct refund or email to advise on refund of my fee. I have been onto the website and app but unable to find any option to contact golfnow to discuss the issue. I have googled how to contact support at golfnow but have got nowhere - I'm still down by my payment with what appears to be no method of discussing this and will be cancelling my account shortly.

Very good at showcasing some very good deals to play golf in my area. I’ve never had to use it yet, but the new cancellation feature is an awesome idea, it takes the stress and strain out of getting a refund, getting it back into your account, that type of thing, I always look at the availability of local courses and then put it to my playing buddies.

Golfnow is the best thing since sliced bread

I am locked out of GolfNow which I previously used and liked. Site will not accept me even when deleting and reesstablishing.

Played Edenmore for the first time in good few years. The course and the greens in particular have improved greatly since I was last there. It was a bit wet underfoot here and there but considering the weather we've had recently, it wasn't bad. Only 14 holes open but we played the 1st four holes again so that was ok. Great Pro shop too, I ended up buying a golf bag that I'd been eyeing up for £20 cheaper than the best online price!
I would just like to pass on a few words about Golfnow while I have the opportunity. I've used Golfnow for a few years, I've always had a good experience. I didn't renew my club membership this year as I was away from home a lot and finally signed up for the Golfpass. What a bargain!!! For £99 upfront, I received a £40 voucher for Taylormade online ( granted their prices are more expensive than other outlets but hey...still a no brainer?) I've received and used my £25 tee time credit every month....big advantage is you have 2 months to use it, slight downside is you can only use your credit against "Hot Deals" and only against only 1 green fee.
Overall I'm very pleased....the app has been easy to use.....no issues at all. I even received an immediate refund when a booked course was closed due to bad weather....I expected an awkward process due to a few poor online reviews but the refund was absolutely painless and very quick.
Golfpass doesn't replace club membership but it certainly provides discounted access to other courses. Ill be keeping my subscription even when I go back to my club.

Golf Now is fantastic easy to use app with the latest up to date hot deals available to book last minute.Its so affordable to play top class courses compared to green fees..I use it regularly with my friends.

I've used Golfnow for a couple of years with no issues (so 5 stars !) but recently when trying to book I get the message 'One or more of the provided payment methods were not authorised'. My card details are correct and sometimes if I keep trying it eventually gets accepted, but sometimes I have to give up and ask a friend to book instead. Reported the issue to Golfnow but they don't seem interested.

I saw an 18 hole course that I hadnt played before & paid for 2 people.
When I got to the course they told me it had been reduced to a 9 hole course months beforehand & GolfNow had been informed - although they still show it as 18holes!
I was angry because I had travelled over 25 miles to get there
