lLoss of booking fees at the end of 2016
I was trying to get my 10 games in and only had two to go and had to start over again in January 2017. Did not realize I would loose my points at the end of the year! I only started booking in November 2016.
Think it unfare of golf 18 not to let me know! Now having to start over again!

You check their offerings for tee times, follow the procedures, arrive at the course and play as scheduled. Many times you can find reduced fees for many of the available courses. A great deal for only a small service charge. Try them for a tee time, you won't be sorry.,

Acceptable, easy to use but must be quick with your credit card.
One good round at a good rate. Second good round at not as good a rate. Thought it was until I showed up at the course to find out it was cheaper at the pro shop.

Not an easy site to navigate
Since I am a member of VIP Warrior I want Golf18 Network be easy to use but it is not. I would like to be able to put in a zip code and put in how far I would like to travel and then have it pull up courses close to me. If you look at Golfnow or Tee off, the sites are much more user friendly. The other two sites are easier to use.

Not always what you expect
Golf18 sometimes offer "savings " which you expect to be against the cost of a round of golf. However these are usually only offset against their booking fees rather than the golf itself. I purchased $500 worth of golf18 vouchers for $300. A great deal I thought until I discovered I could only save $4 or $5 per round booked and even then the same rounds were often cheaper on other sites anyway. An attempt to reclaim my money once I had realised it was not what I had expected was met with a blank refusal. I acknowledge that there are some rounds that I could have offset the total cost using the vouchers but there is no way of identifying them up front. I would also query why golf18 is offering rounds of golf at times that are well after dark and therefore unplayable (Royal St.Cloud)

Good site to make golf reservations. No complaints.
Having used a few of the other golf websites to book rounds, I have come to prefer to make all my reservations online. Golf18Network adds to this ability and I welcome the chance to book other courses not on other "networks".
No complaints as of now and will book more in the future.
