Fairways in bad shape, hard to find ball because of all the leaves on ground. Way to much brush. Too many lost balls. Most greens are small. Have played there many times but needs improvement

Somewhat misleading
The best time and price at 12:15 usually showed availability but could never be booked even though it showed it was available for up to 4 people. Signing out and then signing in again would show reduced availability for 2 people but still couldn't be booked. This happened every time and never happened when trying to book any other time. I concluded that this price is there to draw you to there website but is actually never available. There advertised prices are often lower than other sites by a couple of dollars but their booking fees are substantially higher after you have used up the free booking credits you get after your first booking. You can get decent deals but not necessarily better or even as good as some other sites.

Unreasonable billing at the golf course.
I guess paying to make a tee time is unavoidable. However, the golf course not splitting that fee between the foursome, and charging at all to one person is unreasonable.

In the Florida Panhandle area Golf18 needs more courses to choose from at better prices. Many of the posted prices can be had simply by calling the course and paying no fees.
