I switched to Golf18network to pay lower fees than Golfnow.com, not knowing that after enough reservations last year, my fees would go to zero this year. And beyond that, after another 2 reservations we will get a cash bonus. But the most amazing thing was having customer service from real people who helped me when I made a mistake. I did not see the date jump from the weekend day I was searching to the date of my search and accidentally reserved and paid for the wrong day & time. Customer Service worked with the golf course to get me back a credit to use on the day I actually wanted. I was amazed to learn that 'real' and very nice people are there to help if needed. Amazing!

Easy to use.
Website is easy to navigate. Tee times available throughout the day. Cost conscious players can take advantage of times later in the day. Tech help is excellent. Could use a larger selection of courses to choose from.

golf 18 over golfnow 10 and 8
i am a big believer in golf 18. they have a lot of selection, and their rewards system will beat golf now. I have been usuing golf18 now for 2 years, and do not see me going back to golfnow.

Golf18 review
I use to use Golf18 regularly. However, the changes made a couple of years ago has made it less user friendly to navigate and the rounds are are considerably more expensive than the competition (GolfNow, iGolf, TeeOff). In addition, there are not as many courses to choose from.

I have not seen any reductions in cost and I have been allowed to schedule during golf scrambles which causes long delays for me and upset other golfers

Easy to use
Booking with golf18network is very convenient. I give 3 star because of limited deals on tee times and don't agree with the rewards program. Rewards should be base on number of players not per booking. Otherwise it should be 5 star.
