Perfect 14k gold love knot diamond earrings

Goldia offered many options and I found the perfect gift through this website. The earrings I purchased came quickly and they were even more beautiful in person. I will be using Goldia from now on to make all my jewelry purchases because of the reliability and positive experience I had with them. Highly recommended!

Poor quality and terrible customer service

I purchased an item from Goldia.com and when I received it and opened the jewelry box that was undamaged I found the gold pendant was damaged. It was completely bent, as it was badly made and very flimsy. I ten got into contact with them. First they said I should send it back at my expense which ended up being around $80 from NZ. After I said Im not paying for that, they said I need to take it to get fixed and they will pay for it.
I went and got it fixed, but they couldn’t really fix it as I was told the item is to fragile and will break off. So it looks like a piece of used damaged jewelry.

So I paid for it, spent hours of my time enquiring about postage and then driving around finding a place to get it repaired. And now I’m left with an item that looks like I picked it up from the beach.

What they needed to do was pay for the postage and refund me as it was their mistake sending a broken item. That’s what companies do! I will not trust this company’s quality of their products, or their customer service.

Wedding ring... A joke

A wedding ring was brought in March arrived in April wedding day 1sy November ring never been worn until that day it was checked and all fine... A week of wearing the ring it's creaked I contacted them showed them a picture of the outside and inside and all they say is it's been resealed and cut poorly when we had no work done. We showed a real jewellery shop the ring and they are professional and even say no that's a clear creak you see it perfectly. Goldia pretty much told me to piss off not there problems... If you want over priced rings poor quality made rings go here.

Other wise do not touch them

As clearly stated in our sales and returns policy, returns or claims for damage are not accepted beyond 30 days from the delivery date, particularly where the item has been worn or altered after that period.

After reviewing the photographs provided, our team observed indications consistent with post-delivery stress or modification, which falls outside the scope of manufacturing defects covered under our policy. While we respect the opinion of third-party jewelers, we must rely on our own quality control standards and documented timelines when assessing claims.

We regret that this outcome was disappointing, however our response was based strictly on the applicable policy and the condition and timing of the claim. We strive to communicate respectfully and professionally at all times and regret if our explanation was perceived otherwise.

Goldia provided me with exactly what I needed as birthday gift for my mother. There were plenty of options and the customer service was excellent. I ended up picking a beautiful set of Blue Topaz earrings that came in timely matter and in perfect condition just like the pictures. I will definitely buy from Goldia again for my next gift.

I found this ring at an unbeatable…

I found this ring at an unbeatable price compared to other retailers. I contacted several companies about faster sizing options, and the quality is fantastic. My husband is thrilled with it. I wish Goldia provided clearer information about which items qualify for overnight shipping. We hesitated on our purchase thinking we could get it quickly, but ultimately had to settle for a temporary band until the wedding.

I wish I could select a lower star than…

I wish I could select a lower star than 1! Got a ring for my daughter for for 18th birthday, white gold and garland stone, it took forever to arrive and missed her birthday then got left on The door by the carrier and it wasn’t cheap!! When I contacted them and said that it had been left on my door step they said that their responsibility ended when the carrier left it! Now 8 months down the line the stone has fallen out! I contacted them to say this and I got a 7 word reply!

According to our records, the ring was successfully delivered and confirmed by the carrier. As stated in our shipping policy, once an order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient when delivery proof photographs are provided by UPS/FedEx.

Regarding the stone issue, the concern was reported approximately eight months after delivery. As clearly outlined in our warranty and returns policy, coverage for manufacturing defects or damage is limited to 30 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, claims reported well beyond this period fall outside the scope of our warranty, particularly after extended wear.

We regret that this outcome was not what you had hoped for. Our response was based strictly on the applicable policies and the timeline involved, and not a reflection of the importance we place on our customers or their concerns.

I wish I read reviews before I…

I wish I read reviews before I purchased. Please for the love of god do not buy anything from this place. I ordered a 2tcw rose gold tennis bracelet and it is the flimsiest pile of junk I've ever seen in my life. It reminds me of the prizes you win out of a claw machine. It's probably closer to.5 or 1tcw, the band is so flimsy that it won't even lay flat and I HIGHLY doubt it's real gold or real diamonds, I can't even properly articulate just how horrendous this is. There is gigantic gaps all through the links, it's so bad.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. First, the order took teice as ling as the time I was given when I ordered. Then the ring arrived and things became worse. I ordered a 14k gold ring and the back was thinned out and bent after three days of light wear. Real gold doesn't do that. Customer service is snarky and unhelpful. I am giling a fraud claim with my CC company

Production timelines were disclosed at checkout, and the order was shipped in accordance with our stated processing timeframe for made-to-order jewelry.
If the ring was bent after wear, this is consistent with the properties of thin or lightweight gold jewelry, not evidence of fraud or misrepresentation.

Deceptive description

I placed an order with Goldia with the following description: Distinguished Coin Jewelry 14k Yellow Goldy Diamond-cut Prong Mounted 1/10oz American Eagle Coin Bezel Pendant. The order was taking twice as long as described to ship. During my discussions with customer service, I found out the reason it was taking so long is because they were casting the American eagles. These were not genuine American eagles. If you purchase from this company, be sure that you clarify what you are purchasing prior to payment.

Price you see may not be the actual price you will pay!

I purchased a necklace online from Goldia. The next day, my order was cancelled because the price they had posted online was apparently, due to glitches with their system, not the right price. They increased their price by $100. So...in my opinion, a reputable company/store should stand by the price they've advertised, despite internal issues. I've requested that they make an exception, given the circumstances, and they refuse. I will not purchase from Goldia and will discourage friends and family from doing business with this company. A disgruntled almost customer!
