As stated in our shipping policy, once an order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient when delivery proof photographs are provided by UPS/FedEx.

Regarding the stone issue, the concern was reported approximately eight months after delivery. As clearly outlined in our warranty and returns policy, coverage for manufacturing defects or damage is limited to 30 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, claims reported well beyond this period fall outside the scope of our warranty, particularly after extended wear.
