Great customer service guys to date !!
Hi I have found the guys really helpful since we took up their business plan and phone system. The system has been very reliable to date and on the few occasions we needed support the guys have never been shy about coming forward to help us.

Surprisingly easy to set up. Very clear instructions from Goldfish. Works exactly as it says. Good value too if you don't make too many international calls.

Best in Ireland market + telephone support
Best in Ireland market for sure. Phone support for English speaking Europe is a top class feature in a market where it's difficult to find anything but "online chat" and evasion of customer issues. I've always found top quality engineers every time who can answer pre-sales and post-sales questions as well as emergencies. This would be my top recommendation for any person's or business's first adoption of VoIP.

Switched to Goldfish when my previous…
Switched to Goldfish when my previous provider increased their charges and reduced their services. Goldfish offered more and cost much less. Transition was simple and the change of number was seamless. No down time. Couldn't have been better.
