Efficient service
I was experiencing difficulty configuring my phone (not the easiest of sites to navigate) but received very prompt and professional service from Leroy.

Provide a fine service
Provide a fine service, but I marked them down for two reasons -
1. Their call forwarding charges (at least the ones relevant to me) are a good deal more expensive than others I have since checked.
2. Their interface is fairly unwieldy and hard to navigate around (I don't know any other service, so maybe they're all like this)

Fantastic company to deal with. Super efficient & very friendly. No issue is too small for them to pay full attention to, especially in the tart up phase.
