Jamie very professional and friendly
Jamie very professional and friendly. I felt that I could trust him and that valuation was correct. Very surprised with valuation! Really thought that i would come away with very little as my opinion in what i was showing them was worth nothing much at all. I'll be back. Thank you also to Floris. Jackie

Jamie is a true professional at his job. He talks you through every step of the way. He has the equipment to do the job. His van is quite small but it is a very good professional set up. He is thorough and very trustworthy. I highly recommend this man to give a free valuation for gold jewellery. Excellent service!

Excellent customer service from start to finish! David was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. Even though we met in a car park in Sutton, everything felt safe, secure, and well organised.
Each item was carefully examined, with the carat value clearly explained. I really appreciated the transparency, attention to detail, and reassurance throughout the process.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy team that offers a professional, transparent, and hassle-free experience, I couldn’t recommend them more. A genuinely positive experience and fantastic service!
