I was able to discuss concerns and questions about the service so I received all the answers. and follow up questions.The booking process was good and I have a better understanding of what to expect on the trip. I understand the size of the group and Kevin suggested that I stay over night after the end of the tour. This sounds good.
I am glad that I signed up and look forward to my trip to Iceland in September

There are simply no words to describe how helpful Ella was in planning the itinerary for our trip. She readjusted plans quickly to accommodate changes after our initial discussion. Receiving a narrated video outlining every step of the itinerary was absolute perfection and helped to show all family members what to look forward to on our adventure to Iceland.

Ella was very delightful to work with. She had brilliant ideas for different travel options and was quite willing to change and refine the trip as we worked through the detail. We added a golf day, and she handled all aspects nicely.

Very responsive to all requests for information and different types of tours. Emily was able to provide excellent information on a variety of tours, from self drive to bus and group travel. Emily made sure to cover all the sites which would be seen and the experiences included.

Immediate response to all inquiries. Friendly, courteous service. Willingness to work with my itinerary and budget. I am looking forward to my trip and I know I'm in good hands!

When we contacted Go Iceland Tours, Ella was very quick to respond to our initial contact. We have been working with her to schedule a 2 week self-driving tour. After taking time to chat about our preferences and what our expectations were, she sent an itinerary with a video explaining the itinerary she proposed. She was spot on to what we were looking for. After a video call and very little adjustment to our itinerary, we are ready for the summer of 2027 to visit Iceland. Through the process, Ella was listenting to our thoughts and suggested ideas when we asked. She was very professional, friendly, and a great listener. Thanks, Ella!!!

I can’t find my review that I wrote but I forgot to include Aoife’s name she has been so patient with me as I have called her often to ask questions and change thing my itinerary She is the best!

Matt has been a wonderful agent. He returned texts and emails very quickly. He answered all of our questions and has changed the itinerary multiple times to meet our needs. Matt has met with us on our time working well outside of what I would consider his normal working hours.
