They won’t ship my order. The tracking has said ready to ship for weeks. Emailed them and still no reply… they are stealing money out here

Presuntamente es una empresa de chicas delgadas para chicas delgadas.
Soy chico, me compré un mono, subí fotos, les etiqueté y eliminaban mi foto de su perfil de instagram. No se si era por el simple hecho de ser hombre o de no pesar 45kg.
Además de eso añadiría que la calidad de la tela era mala y las cremalleras peores aún.
El primero me vino roto, me lo cambiaron (sin haberlo probado siquiera) y el que me enviaron se estropeó la cremallera tras dos puestas y el negro se despintó.

Full disclosure. I didn't purchase, my friend did. From the U.S. She paid her shipping fees and such when she ordered her suit. Was told there was a delay. No worries about that. That stuff happens, BUT she later got a large bill from FedEx for extra shipping cost. After calling customer service at GOI, they told her she must not have read the fine print and that isn't a charge from them, it's from FedEx and that they can't help her. UGH! Read your fine print people!

Pues más de lo mismo, evitad comprar en Mediamarkt con envío, porque no recibiréis el producto, por parte de las empresas del grupo GOI. En mi caso lleva más de 10 días de retraso, sin explicaciones, sin ser capaces de concretar una fecha y con mentiras, para justificarse. Es imposible hablar con la empresa por teléfono y por mail contestan a lo que les da la gana, no importa lo que les preguntes. MediaMarkt te ofrece un bono de descuento por las molestias, pero te obliga a gastar más para usarlo, un despropósito. Además, no se responsabilizan del incumplimiento de contrato por saltarse la fecha. DENUNCIAD, como estoy haciendo yo, lleva algo de tiempo, pero es la única forma de que se les obligue a ser profesionales.

GOI è diventata ufficialmente la mia marca preferita di costumi. Stile minimal, super femminili e con quel tocco sexy che non scade mai nel volgare. I materiali sono morbidi, modellano bene e, soprattutto, non cedono dopo due bagni come succede con tante altre marche “di tendenza”.

Anche l’esperienza di acquisto è stata impeccabile: ordine veloce, tutto ben confezionato e – cosa da non dare per scontata – gestione del reso davvero ottima. Ho dovuto cambiare una taglia e sono stati rapidissimi e gentili, senza perdere tempo in mille passaggi inutili.

In poche parole: brand curato, qualità alta e assistenza clienti che funziona davvero. Consigliatissimo.

És un desastre de empresa, lo tiene todo impuntualidad, transportistas con mala educación. Y no realizan el servicio contratado. Contrate una nevera y no la dejaron en el portal cuando la habia contratado la subida

Customer service is really hit and miss — sometimes you get a reply, sometimes you don’t.

The biggest problem, though, is the completely misleading sizing information.

On my first order, I was sent the wrong sizes and by the time it was sorted, the correct size was sold out, which was frustrating. Then on my second order, knowing the sizing ran small, I went up a size — and no joke, the bikini that arrived was so tiny it was ridiculous.

For context, I’m an Australian 6–8. I ordered a small in the bottoms, which has fit me fine before, but this time they were huge. I also ordered a large in the top (I’m a 32C, which the chart says should be a medium), and yet the large didn’t even cover my nipples. It’s shocking.

I honestly don’t understand how the sizing can be so inconsistent. The size chart is inaccurate and doesn’t help at all. Considering the price of the items and postage, it’s really disappointing and feels like very poor value.

Mi experiencia fue en Huelva capital hace unos meses y aún me dura la mala sensación. Falta absoluta de formalidad en los plazos. Todo era poner problemas para el transporte que si el peso, que si el volumen, que si le damos un golpe (la verdad no sé porqué se publicitan como una empresa especializada en objetos voluminosos porque me dió la sensación de que nunca habían transportado un frigorífico) y nunca he conocido una empresa de transporte que quiera hacer al cliente responsable de los defectos de la empresa de transportes. Lo dicho, descontento absoluto con GOI en Huelva. Nunca más

Had a great customer support experience and the swimsuits are wonderful - they fit amazingly well and are of great quality! Now, I did have issues with the order (the order was late to ship and then got stuck at customs by mistake) - but support was SUPER responsive, helpful - and reached out after delivery to check if everything arrived in good order.

Jamás tuve una experiencia de atención al cliente tan buena. Me respondieron rapidísimo y me ayudaron con todo.
Y qué decir de las bikinis… la calidad y los diseños son de otro nivel, de lo mejor que me probé.

Shipping was almost half the cost of the garment that I ordered, and a week after paying and ordering my order still has not been dispatched. I reached out to support and was not even given even an estimate of when my order would be dispatched, just a silly excuse about the magnitude of the launch delaying orders. It is ridiculous for you guys to charge a premium for shipping and collect that profit knowing full well that you are unwilling to or do not have the capacity to dispatch orders within a reasonable window of time. Really disappointed and would not recommend ordering from them.

I placed an order with GOI four days ago and reached out today to ask for a tracking number, only to be told that my order was still being “prepared” and hadn’t even been shipped yet.

I explained that I was disappointed because my holiday starts tomorrow and I was counting on receiving my order in time. Instead of offering any real solution, the representative Carla Reyes decided—without asking me—to issue a full refund and cancel my order completely. I never requested a cancellation or a refund, and I find it extremely unprofessional that they made that decision without my consent.

Now I have to wait several business days for the money to be returned to my account, I don’t have the product I ordered, and I’m left with no resolution. No swimsuit for my trip, and a lot of unnecessary stress.

Blaming the delay on a product launch is not the customer’s problem. The entire experience felt rushed, disrespectful, and poorly managed. Honestly, if I had read the reviews on Trustpilot beforehand, I would never have placed an order. Now I see those negative reviews were completely right.

It’s a shame because the model behind the brand is iconic and super cool, which is why I trusted the brand in the first place. But the way this business is being run? Total mess. I really hope they get their customer service and logistics sorted in the future. For now, I do not recommend ordering from GOI.

Rien de vrai avec cette entreprise

Hace 2 años que no compro nada en vuestra tienda (tuve una muy buena experiencia), pero me pasaba por la app para actualizar mi información y me parece tristísimo que os hayan confundido con una empresa de transporte?? La gente podría pararse a leer dónde están dejando la review negativa al menos, porque esto os afecta a vosotros de manera súper injusta. Por favor, fijáos bien dónde dejáis vuestras valoraciones, así podéis hundir empresas que no tienen culpa de nada!! Tenéis mis 5 estrellas, que espero que ayuden algo al menos <3

Estafadores, no pagan a sus proveedores cuando dejan de prestarle servicios, o mas bien te prohiben sacar rutas para no tener que pagar los meses de atrasos!!! 3 meses de atrasos llevan en pagos

Os pongo 5 estrellas porque es super injusto que vosotros paguéis el enfado con la otra GOI: La AGENCIA de transporte aparece en Trustpilot como GOITECH.
He leído los comentarios negativos y son para ellos seguro.

MENTIROSOS Y POCO PROFESIONALES
Tenían que entregarme un pedido de Mediamarkt el pasado 08/03/2025, mintieron a Mediamarkt diciendo que habían intentado contactar conmigo. De echo, llamaron y la llamada solo dio un tono. Yo di a descolgar y ya habían colgado. Goi paso una nota a Mediamarkt casi 1h antes de llamarme diciendo que había habido un intento fallido de contacto conmigo. FALSO. Llamo a Mediamarkt para informar y me dicen que han reagendado el pedido… así lo han hecho sucesivamente en varias ocasiones, sigo sin el FRIGORÍFICO. E incluso, me confirman que han mentido de nuevo diciendo que ha sido previo acuerdo conmigo. Jamás he hablado con ellos pese a haberlo intentado en numerosas ocasiones.
Llevo sin frigorífico casi 15 días por estos incompetentes, como comprenderán esto es una situación insostenible, no tengo donde guardar la comida y me está causando unos perjuicios enormes.
Ojalá esto llegue a quien hace los acuerdos con estas empresas, no merecen estar en el mercado, lo único que hacen es perjudicar al consumidor y la imagen del vendedor.

Pésima experiencia, jamás volveré a comprarles.
Realicé una devolución y se negaron a reembolsarme los gastos de envío iniciales, como legalmente les corresponde.
Les puse una reclamación y ni me contestaron, por lo que reclamé a las autoridades competentes.
Aparte de eso, las prendas son de escasa calidad y más para el precio que tienen.
No compréis aquí!!!
Pd: En su respuesta a este mensaje reflejan todo lo que dije. Es vergonzoso que quieran estafar a su clientela y que digan tales absurdeces. Señores, no lo hago por dinero sino porque no engañen a nadie más y, como ya les dije reiteradamente: LEY DEL CONSUMIDOR!!!
