Ordered off FAE for the first time last week and I'm so impressed with the quality of the pieces. They feel really thick and expensive, you can immediately tell the quality is great. The fit is exactly what I was hoping too.

I accidentally put in the wrong delivery address, and customer service was super sweet and helped me fix the problem.

I placed an online order expecting it to take at least 10 days to arrive NOT to be shipped. I saw that it was not shipped for 4 full days so I emailed requesting a refund as I knew I won’t get it on time for my holiday. Literally within an hour I saw they shipped it. Basically the whole effort is so that I don’t get a refund. The international shipping costs is absolutely astronomical. I have no idea of the quality but whatever it is I won’t be able to return it as I would have to pay for that and id end up paying more than the things even cost! Never. Again. Ever!

It's the second time I placed an order and exactly the same disturbing experience occurred ! My order was shipped to an entirely different country, despite Greece clearly being stated as the destination and topping that, the status of my delivery CLAIMED TO BE DELIVERED !!
I later found out, after multiple conversations with the customer support of FedEx, that parcel had been returned to their warehouse due to some of my address details being written in Greek — something I was never contacted about beforehand. And of course neither had I received a refund.... If I hadn't contacted FedEx I would not have been notified about the whole incident AT ALL !!

Customer support at FAE replied once to my emails, asked me to resend my address in English (which I did immediately), and I requested that the parcel be resent. Since then, I have received no response at all — not to my follow-up email, not to my reminder. And It's been over a month this has occurred!

At this point, I have no package, no refund, and no communication. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care is unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but being ignored after fully cooperating is not acceptable for any serious business.

I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, especially if you are an international customer. If something goes wrong, you may be left chasing your money with no response at all.

Fae House only offers exchanges, not refunds, so I followed their policy and shipped my item back. The package was delivered to them on November 5—I verified the tracking and sent them the proof.

It is now November 26, and I have heard absolutely nothing. I’ve emailed multiple times and used the contact form on their website, and they have not acknowledged my exchange request or the returned item.

Because they only provide store credit, I was expecting to receive it in a timely manner so I could use the Black Friday promotions. Instead, the complete lack of response means I’ve missed those deals entirely.

At this point, I’m going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company just to recover my money. This level of non-communication is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend shopping with Fae House based on this experience.

I have shopped with them before which has been a great experience, but I have bought 4 pieces of swimwear which one needs to be exchanged as they are actually out of stock of the item (which i understand as stock issues occur) but to not reply to emails or give any sense of communication about when my items i have bought would be delivered is really disappointing. I am sad to write this review as I have always recommended this swimwear brand to my friends as the quality has been good in the past, but the lack of service changes my opinion completely.

I am obsessed with my Fae bikini! The shape fits perfectly to my body type and I get compliments any time I wear it. I'm already excited to buy my next set! Highly recommended!

My favourite ever one piece is from Fae and I always get complimented on it! It’s really nice material and has lasted so well. I wear it as a bodysuit top in summer too. I ordered the new Tahiti pattern from Fae and absolutely love it! It came quickly, the fabric is such good quality and it looks exactly like what it does on the website. I own a few swimsuits from Fae and they continue to be my go to brand!
