Orders whisky blind box no order update not received, it’s a scam

Bought 2 blind boxes for the Christmas tree, supposed to be whiskey bottles for the tree, the smallest bottles I’ve ever seen , doesn’t look that small on the website, I don’t think I could get a tree small enough to put them on, 1 of them was a buffalo trace box, didn’t get nothing in it that was buffalo trace, beer bottles and stuff I’ve never heard of, I’m so disappointed I won’t be using this shop again 100% rip off

I was sent the incorrect item. I ordered Android GPS trackers. I was sent IOS trackers and not Android. I asked for a full refund . First I was offered 50% refund, then 70 % refund. I insisted that I demand a full refund as I am entitled to according my UK Consumer Rights act 2015. I finally received my full refund. Will never order again from Gohomie. Reason ? Why do you tell your customers that a full refund is not possible when you know full well that you are going against the Uk trading standards law by doing so? Customers like me make a purchase from you in good faith, however when you send the wrong items you are in breach of contract and you expect that the customer pay for your mistake / mode of operation. You will only get bad reviews if you treat us your customers in this unprofessional manner. So , no, never again I will purchase anything from your business. I am surprised that the UK authorities are still allowing you to operate considering the endless amount of negative reviews.

I gave 1 star because I couldn’t give 0 stars go homie is a complete joke I’ve been waiting 3 months now and each time I contact them they just give me more BS Than the last time if you’re reading this and thinking of shopping with Gohomie save your time and money and go elsewhere

Bought an advent calender, the advert is misleading the calender was ridiculously small. You cannot leave reviews as they monitor them. You can not het hold of customer service. The price you pay is absoultley a scam in what you recieve. Do not rely on this seller and the package took over 3 weeks to come. Really not happy i would not advice to buy or recommend at all.

This has to be a scam site be warned once you pay, there is no feedback, and no parcel, its disappointing that these criminals prey on people at Christmas time who are all struggling financially and get away with it, complain to your bank it might help. No respect for anyone these scum

Bought two copper bracelets. No means of adjusting the links to fit wrist. Not happy with their customer service which never replied to my concerns.

Been messaging but they are not responding but I'm being bombarded with gohomie advertising emails even though I've unsubscribed from the mailing list. This is not the attitude of a so-called reputable company. Unfortunately the saying 'Buyer beware' comes to mind ....

I ordered a video/audio sports recorder AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM. That was 2 months ago. I have sent emails but no meaningful replies - only a reply saying they would look into the matter.
Meanwhile im STILL AWAITING.

I guess this is a life lesson, only im £28 worse off.

I purchased some bracelets the beginning of September I paid over £50 and I have not received these. I have sent emails but had no response what so ever. I received an email yesterday saying they have been delivered which they have not. Truly dreadful customer service and I'm £50 out of pocket. Please keep clear of this company.

I ordered a product from them and never recieved it, after emailing them numerous times each time there reply was a generated reply saying I had recieved the product . 2 months later still haven’t recieved it , or had the money refunded. I am now making it my life’s mission to tell anyone not to entertain this company

Ordered a bracelet weeks ago, but the time has gone by and I still haven't received it. Sent an email to customer services and replied that they had a big demand and staff issues. Still no bracelet. Must be a way to stop these morons from trading? Please

I've ordered some kpop figures that was advertised on FB they have take. My money but ive had no confirmation when these will arrive r nothing im trying to get ny bank to refund me the money back these were menna be a Christmas present for my daughter

Do not order!!
Ordered what was supposed to be dolls for a child, no order confirmation, no communication nothing. I then emailed them to cancel the order & someone EVENTUALLY replied to state I was refunded, that was also not true, SCAM

This company just takes your money and not send the goods. Obviously your bank can get your money back but just a time wasting company.
