We have now used Groupia for 3 events and all have been without a hitch. It takes all of the hard work out of planning the event and is easy to use . Stephanie was a fantastic help throughout when ever we had to make any changes, no question was too much trouble and I always received a quick and helpful response. Our activity exceeded my expectations, we had so much fun! There is such a variety to choose from and Groupia were great in getting us something to suit our Bride within our budget.

Natalie was amazing from Go Hen, she was very helpful and helped solved lots of my problems in a timely manner .
Some of my group were being difficult and I really appreciated the help, the activities were great and I will definitely be using them in the future :)

We booked a Hen in Liverpool with goHen. It was incredibly easy and straightforward, we had it booked within the day and from then on everything was done very smoothly. Payments were easy, the itinerary and every bit of information was given to us. There was nothing hidden. If I had any question, Ellie would reply back within an hour. I found it all so reassuring especially as it was my first hen to organise. If I have to organise one again I will be running back to gohen and booking. Everything just worked out so well and we had no issues! Great company and customer service

Natalie was a huge help to me. I got in touch with her several times to ask questions - she answered all of them no problem and it was nice knowing I had her to fall back on for help when I wasn’t sure about an element of our booking. It was so great not having to worry about collecting money myself as that’s all dealt with through the app.

Thank you Vicky for helping to organise a brilliant Hen weekend for my sister. You took away a lot of the stress, and all the team were really helpful.
The hotel was brilliant, lovely rooms, great breakfast and staff were helpful. All the activities were a success and the champagne punt on the river was a real highlight for our Bride. Would definitely recommend you to friends/family and would look to use you again if I'm ever in charge of arranging another hen party. Thank you!

The day went ahead exactly according to plan and all the hens had “the best time ever”!

The whole booking experience with GoHen was so easy and took away a lot of the stress of organising a hen do. Everything was clear and the choice of locations and activities were fantastic. The choice to split/spread out the payments was also a god send! Our dedicated event coordinator Steph was super helpful and any queries I had were looked into and answered/resolved swiftly.
The hen do itself was so much fun! Bath is a wonderful city and we stayed in the centre so everything was within walking distance. The bride and her hens had the best time and I would totally recommend GoHen for anyone looking to organise a hen do!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was taken care of and nothing too much trouble. All we had to do was decide what activities we wanted to do and pay. The itinerary was broken down and made the weekend easier and stress free. Our representative Sophie at GO Hen was amazing. We had a personal matter with one of our guests and she was extremely understanding and helped us out as best as she could. We could not recommend her and go hen enough.

Vicki made organising our Hen so easy - she answered all our queries and facilitated all our changes! The accomodation and activities were great and I would entirely recommend GoHen to help organising your next event!

Stephanie was amazing through the entire process. She made it simple to organise and book. We had a few issues with number changes in our group and Stephanie was quick to offer support advice and help get the issues resolved so I could focus on planning the details for our weekend. Super easy to book with no stress and easy payment system. Customer service was excellent and Stephanie was so reactive knowing what I needed before I did! ABBA dance experience was amazing, so much fun and even us lot who all had 2 left feet pulled off a great routine! Lauren our instructor was AWESOME! So much fun and super friendly (shame she couldn’t join us for the rest of the Hen Party!) I would highly recommend :) Well done Groupia/Go Hen, keep doing what you are doing!

From first query until even after our event customer service has been outstanding.
Any questions we had in the lead up to our event was answered within 24 hours of email being sent.
Would highly recommend GoHen to anyone who is currently looking into booking a Hen.

Using gohen was a massive help for me with my maid of honour duty. Everything is in one place, you can choose many different activities to do for your weekend. We chose cocktail making, school sports day and a meal at the cosy club, all of which were amazing. Everyone had so much fun being a party of 14. Stephanie was very helpful, responded to any questions that I had and was able to change the day and timing of one of the events to accommodate us. Using the app was helpful, all the hens were able to pay individually through the app and able to make instalments easily. A very good weekend had by all and would highly recommend to use gohen to book your hen or stag party.

The company provided many activity options to choose from at a great price. They were extremely helpful with all the queries we had and sorted everything within a fast time frame. Would recommend to anyone organising a large group event abroad.

Ellie was a great planner, she made our weekend brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and she answered any queries we had. Couldn't of planned it better from cocktail making to mini golf, our bride to be was over the moon with the whole weekend

The Hen house itself was wonderful and lovely (Bristol country) but the package we paid for in general was a total rip off.

We had a Bottomless brunch, Dance Class, and 'bottle' + club entry package included. We were excited but they didnt let the MOH/Bride choose any venues, we were just told where we were going with no chance to feedback on this.

And basically they sent us to a really really divey pub for the bottomless brunch, like no atmosphere, hardly anyone there, no music. And the servers were not at all prepared to have 20 women and did not know how to make cocktails. It was really odd.

As for the dance class they booked us on, they did not allow any transport time in our itinerary, so our brunch was 1-3pm with the Dance class at 3pm. The instructor didn't allow us to be late for this. So Groupia/GoHen didnt bother checking that it was a 20-30min cab ride into town. Poor logistical management entirely.

Then the 'bottle and club' package was at a random Revolutions in Bristol, very generic, not at all appropriate for a nice Hen do and not at all what we wanted so we skipped it entirely.

Also just to say we received no money back even though it was entirely their fault that they A. Booked us onto a brunch that was absolute shambles and B. Booked us onto a Dance class that did not allow ANY time for us to transit there.

Go hen was brilliant, so organized helped me massively, brilliant customer service and quick repossess, Natalie was brilliant and helped a lot, if your planning a hen or a party I would definitely recommend. Made the whole process so easy and fun. Took away the stress.

Stephanie was our go to through gohen. She always replied promptly to any questions I had. It made a normally stressful experience so much easier. I would definitely recommend booking through go hen.
