The worst experience.
The worst experience.
They only took my money and the product never arrived. Emailed, called several times, every time each rep says different things, then showing a fake shipping label from Hong Kong when the office is in Florida USA.
Never order again.

We are already working with you via your bank on this issue. As for shipping, as stated on our website, our items transit through our logistics facility located in Hong Kong.
I called for help
I called - needed help on a few questions. The call service ( not sure if part of goggles ) seemed put off with my question- said I’d get a call back from a technician within 24 hours - never heard back! I did order from this company but contacted my own vision doctor to help me… we will see if this works out or not!

Great goggles!
This is my son's second pair of prescription goggles in about 5 years. They are so durable! The price is reasonable and quality is good. I don't think he would be swimming without these.

I've tried several prescription goggle brands. These are the best. I got bifocals so I could read my watch.

I was ablet to get goggles for my son…
I was ablet to get goggles for my son with a high prescription that he could use on vacation. And I got to reimburse it through my FSA. This was even better because his rx is high enough that it's hard for him to see to play in the pool without his glasses.

My 6 year old daughter LOVES her pink "goggles that are like glasses!" They have made swimming an even more enjoyable sport for her. My only regret is that I didn't order these sooner!
