Within 24 hours my son's glasses broke. The flexible arm came unattached and I had to glue it. He loves these glasses so I had to order another pair, but for the price I expected better quality.

The first pair broke at the frame and could not be repaired. The second pair lasted for several months before the rubber around the frame started to peel away.

Those replacement frames are the ones that broke in 24 hours.

I have a new pair on order, but this is getting ridiculous. Please make a better quality flexible frame for kids. My son has special needs, and flexible frames are easier for him.

I placed an order for goggles then had to call to cancel them because my four year old needed a newer prescription. I had called within 1 hour of making the purchase and it was around 10 at night. They made a note to cancel it but ended up sending it anyway. Then, they only refunded me a quarter of the price I paid. I asked many times if I would get a full refund. There is no way they even started making my order before I called to cancel. Very unhappy with the lack of full refund. I did purchase another pair with my updated prescription and they work well.

Easy to order, lots of different selections! 10/10 Will order again! Best frames ever, my son always breaks his glasses and we were able to find a pair and not one break this time!

I had trouble ordering and asked a lot of questions and the team at GogglesNMore were very helpful with answering my questions and helping me get my order placed. My daughter put them on and said she can see so much better now that she has prescription goggles! I brought the goggles to my daughters eye doctor and she said the prescription was spot on and asked for the name of the company that made them to share with others! So grateful!

Lots of good information to help configure prescription google inserts. Could improve your ordering user interface: 1) all of your widgets appear dimmed, which is confusing; and 2) suddenly asked to upload a prescription after already entering all of the same information (provide an explanation why).

Insert for Ski googles.

I purchased ski google inserts for astigmatism. The goggles product works great! I am very pleased. I did not rate a 5 star only because picking the right type for my ski goggles was a bit confusing. I think I got the right ones?

Still waiting for glasses.did not receive.maybe wait longer before requesting a review.should let people know it takes over three weeks to receive.

MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WITH GOOGLESNMORE HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!
This company has been hard to get ahold of. When I finally got ahold of a human, they listened to me and said they'd forward the message and someone who could help me and they would call me back, on TWO seperate phone calls. Why do they have someone answering phones that can not help the customer with anything other than forwarding a message?! Neither time did a human call me back. It took over a month for us to receive my daughter's glasses order!!! When we FINALLY received them they were covered in a nasty dust that looked to be from grinding down the lenses to fit into the frames AND BOTH frames were bent. Both pairs were LESS than satisfactory! It looked as though they haphazardly grinded them down, struggled to fit them in the frames and just sent them to us, AS IS. My daughter has very poor vision and cannot function without glasses. We paid over $550.00 for two pairs of child sized glasses, just for the customer service to be awful, the shipping to take over a month and the frames to come to us bent and the lenses were haphazardly placed in the frames! It is very sad that they operate their company in such a poor manner! NOT IMPRESSED! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

These fit in my daughter’s googles perfectly. This is the second pair we’ve had since her eye prescription changed.

I have no idea how long it will take to process my order. The chat function on the website isn’t very helpful. When I have ordered glasses from other websites they keep you up to date on the progress of them being made as well as when it is shipped.
