Ordered a pair of glasses that was twisted when I received them. Took to local eye doctors office and they could not be straightened. Contacted customer support claim they would send a replacement pair. Still waiting

We are glad to see that our customer support team took appropriate action promptly and arranged a replacement to resolve the issue. We can confirm that the replacement pair has been produced and shipped from our overseas production facility and is currently in transit to the US.
Once the shipment arrives in the US and is handed over to USPS, the USPS tracking details will become available and will be shared with you accordingly.

Nothing beats the goggle price
Nothing beats the goggle price, and that's important to me. The aviator sunglasses were the best price on the market and the prescription was just fine.
My reading glasses were competitively priced but not comfortable. The arms of the glasses are pointed and burrs have been left over from a rudimentary moulding. I'll smooth the imperfections out myself and take advantage of the good deal.
Be patient. Shipping takes a while sometimes.

The glasses are always smaller than what is shown. I replaced the ones I bought previously, so this time I really looked over the glasses. I made sure they were big enough, but when I got them, they were disappointing once again because the sizes were smaller. They are cheap, so I figured it wouldn't be much of a loss.
