The glasses don't seem to be the right prescription, even though I scanned in the optometrist's prescription directly. They are blurry. Not really sure what to do.

The company has already responded to my broken frames review. They will give me a replacement pair. Excellent customer service!

Delivery was as promised. My glasses fit great. I think the description was a little off. They didn’t look like what I expected. But, I like them and I am keeping them.

Addon costs are required to proceed with purchases. There's NO option to decline addon costs. Communications is non - existent.

Took forever and then when I got them.It's like they put too much medicine or something in them.I don't know , I still can't see.

I was unsure when I purchased my glasses, as I've never ordered from goggles4u before, but I could not be happier. I bought 3 pairs. 1 reg pair for me, a pair of sunglasses(for me),and a reg pair for my daughter. They look great, feel good, fit good. They came in a hard plastic case. They were cost efficient without compromising quality. Will definitely order from here again.

I am pleased with the glasses. My only disappointment is that they ran out of stock I was going to order another pair of the same frames. Also your site makes it difficult to see exactly what my order was so I had a reference. Other than that it was very good.

I was not notified that the frame was out of stock in fact you sent a notification that it had been drop shipped. When I checked why it had not arrived I was told that the frame was out of stock, very poor customer service. In addition I was charged extra for a different frame and charged again for shipping. I can say that I am very unhappy with Goggles4U

It is now been well over a month and I still do not have the glasses that were ordered. I contacted the company and they first told me that the shipping time did not include weekends. That's complete nonsense. I contacted them again today and requested a full refund. They were willing to refund 10 bucks, that's it.
The representative was not rude at all. But just failed to see how it is not my fault that they did not fulfill their obligation under the contract. Terrible customer service.

Customer service rep was great. He helped me and got my return and new order taken care of within minutes. 100% helpful. Thanks again.

The prescription was perfect Fram was small but fit great just looks funny... But I love them they feel great and can see perfect

I am a long time customer. I really like the prices and variety of glasses here especially if you have a strong prescription. The glasses came pretty quickly, they informed me when they were coming and they fit fine.

I got glasses from a different company a good while back the ad said the frames was 99 cents but when it can to the bill they charged m $34 and took there sweet time about sending me the glasses. U all sent me the price ur ad was for the only thing is I messed up on the form I filled out and I don't have the box an more so I can't fix it. So I guess I will have to try it again when I get some money thank u all for the good job!

I had ordered the wrong size glasses, they took care of me so professional. Replaced my glasses for free.... I can't say enough... going for sunglasses next... thank you to supporting staff

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Completely satisfied with glasses and the price was fantastic!

The glasses were perfect. The only problem I found was that the frame was a bit too thin, but then again it could be that was the model I ordered.
