We purchased two all‑in‑one computers from Go Gadgets for school use. Within a month, the first computer developed a black dot in the bottom left corner, which quickly spread upward across the screen and turned into green and red stripes. I reported this issue as soon as it became apparent.

Shortly thereafter, the second computer developed a similar fault, this time starting with a black dot in the bottom right corner.

When the computers were returned to Go Gadgets, the owner, Bennie, shouted at me and insisted the damage was caused by user abuse, implying that my children (both in high school) had hit or damaged the screens. This accusation is completely unfounded.

Not everyone is a millionaire, and we cannot afford to lose money on faulty equipment—especially when issues are reported immediately. I had to purchase another computer (fortunately from another source) so my son could continue with his schoolwork.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The attitude displayed was unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I just bought a refurbished laptop from GoGadgets. Nastassja was very helpful and responsive. The laptop was shipped the same day I bought it and arrived well packaged to keep it safe in transport. It was in beautiful condition and spotlessly clean - like it was bought brand new. I feel that they over delivered and will definitely recommend using them. Very happy customer

However the machine is overheating. As soon as you put it on it becomes very hot and starts breath heavily hot air

The owner is completely antagonistic and should take a few courses in basic manners I am your customer not your freind. And I am certainly not your "Buddy" when I have an issue with a broken machine due tou YOUR vendor I expect a level of understanding not your disgusting attitude and tell me thanks for rating us 1 star. Your attitude as a business owner sucks. But I see by a few of the other ratings that your attitude is a common theam.

Unfortunately the hard drive crashed after 4 days from receiving our laptop and 3 days before Christmas. As soon as Go Gadgets reopened, Nastassja, rapidly assisted us and had our laptop with replaced hard drive back within 5 working days. Thanks for consistent and clear coms on WhatsApp Nastassja.
