Neil Cruz was very helpful in arranging our trip. He provided several options for us in each leg. The options he provided were not available to me using online tools.

We worked with Neil Cruz at Go Fly First in booking flights into and out of Porto Portugal. Neil found us solid seats even though our plans changed from when we first booked to today.

This is the first part of my review since I have not taken the flight yet (scheduled in April) but my experience thus far has been fantastic. Percy has been very responsive and delivered on what I thought was a pretty impossible task. But Percy worked with me over about 2 weeks to make sure that what he booked for us would work. I am very happy with the service and will follow up when we return on the actual flight experience.

Agent allegedly got us a good price on Business Class/Premium Economy roundtrip flights from JFK to Barcelona. When we got to check in at Barcelona, the gate agent would not let us get our Business Class tickets, because the booking included an unwanted trip the next day from Miami to Kingston.
The person who sold us the tickets booked an illegal fare by including the trip to Kingston.

There was little time to plan for a dream trip that suddenly came to me. Percy took the reins and found terrific flights completely taking away my stress of navigating which airline, timing, and best days to travel. I cannot state what a great company (especially Percy) is to work with.

We booked a business-class flight to Australia. It went smoothly, and Percy Anderson was passionate and immensely helped with the booking and our requirements. It is a great way to fly. The price is excellent. We are happy and will book again.

This is my second time working with Marshall. In both cases, he was great to work with, he went above and beyond and was very thorough in his communication. being on a different time zone was a little bit of a challenge. However, he again went above and beyond to make certain he responded and communicated in a timely manner. I have given his name as a referral to many of my friends and will continue to do so.

Got the feeling that the agent (Percy Anderson) really wanted to help us to get the best deal. We were offered a few options and have chosen the most favorable for us.

The persistence of the agent to find the right itinerary for us and his consideration of our specific requirements that entailed additional time and effort.

Even though there were problems with our credit card and we couldn’t find the right flight initially versus he stuck with us and eventually got us a better flight.

We fly frequently and perfer first class travel, airline sites prices are getting way out of hand, l looked into GoFlyFirst for options. Mr. Anderson was fantastic, he worked with us to find same carrier at a significant savings, process efficiency and follow up phone and email. Will use GFF and Percy again!
