Slow and Hit and Miss
I placed one order then realised I'd forgotten another item. I emailed Go Dive to ask the orders to be combined (this happened on the weekend so there was time to amend) and also asked for a credit of the 2nd postage cost. I did not receive any response. A full week later the first parcel was received. No sign of the 2nd or my postage credit and still no response to my email. I queried the whereabouts of the 2nd parcel and it had been "missed by despatch". I requested a refund which was actioned immediately.
What a waste of my time.

Great Customer Service
The fact that you stocked the item I needed. The gentleman who assisted me over the telephone was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. The Internet proces was incomplicated and efficient. The price of the item was however, a little more than expected compared to other suppliers.
