I received a mis-dropped FedEx Delivery of one of your bikes.. after weeks of it sitting with no pick up I tried to register it - it was listed as stolen - I replied that it was not and that you should contact me to arrange pick up....... and nothing - zero - zip - nada -

Suite à un problème sur le transport de mon G4 au retour d'un SAV dans les ateliers Gocycle d'Amsterdam concernant un reglage de transmission (vélo qui avait seulement 2 mois) Gocycle à procédé au changement de mon G4 en le remplaçant par un neuf.
La qualité de ce fabriquant de cycle est au top et le matériel et ses composants sont vraiment du très au de gamme.
Je recommande...

Gocycle is an excellent bicycle. It is really a pleasure to ride. I love my Gocycle. The downside is that it is expensive and I wish it had more luggage carrying capability for groceries and everyday errands.

The Gocycle G4 is a great bike, really well designed and manufactured. The whole experience has been great, particularly picking the bike up from The Cycle Agents in Hitchin. I felt like I had made the best purchase. Now using the bike daily and LOVE IT!

Folding bikes don’t tend to be good looking but this one is with great finish to all elements. Once ordered the bike arrived in less than 48 hours with very sturdy reusable boxing. The folding design is straightforward and robust, the electric motor is quiet with plenty of pull, the brakes are strong and located in the hub which keeps the wet off. Lights are great, mudguard at the front is extra long to limit spray on the frame and stand. The stand is brilliant and a great addition. The fat tyres really absorb rough surfaces. The chain is totally enclosed so it stays clean and the three gears are enough surprisingly. The bike is light for an electric bike and there’s some nice thought gone into how it folds. Got my head round the app once I followed the very specific set up procedure for the bike, which includes registration with Gocycle. Hopefully I’ll get many years of pleasure from it.

This is my second GoCycle I’ve been very impressed with it, probably the best folding E-bike.
My experience overall has been very good and professional.

The Gocycle 4 arrived very quickly with no damage. The packaging was superb and easy to undo. The bike itself was in perfect condition and easy to assemble.
After charging it I took it for a fairly steep test ride up our local hills and was very impressed by it’s motor help but also the comfort and ergonomics. I wouldn’t recommend it on rough tracks due to the small wheels but on hard track it was fine. Overall very pleased and looking forward to my commute and country rides.

Outstanding appearance. 10 second fold up time. Super light weigh at 39 pounds. Can store in a RV shower! I live in an extremely hilly area. Many grades over 15%. The G4i is a beast and climbs them without a problem. Yesterday, (11-17-23)I rode thru this hilly area, 18 miles in 59 minues and had 40% battery in reserve. G4i exceeds my expectation. Cost is worth it.

Not available the app for Android! Seems that the app has not been updated and it cannot run with recent versions of Android.

Need to update my review as Gocycle in a few days fixed the bug and updated the App version. Everything is working well.

I was not the easiest case for the GoCycle business but I had the best experience with the personnel that handled my case and all other tech people during my familiarization period and beyond. Far better than a physical shop :-)
