Clear communication and strong men!
I was able to track the delivery truck all day so I knew when it was close. Seman and Harpreet messaged me 30 mins before arriving. And messaged when they arrived. I didn’t even have to lift a finger. They helped deliver 11 giant heavy boxes, right up to my condo.
They were very strong and efficient. Ensuring there was no damage to my boxes, the elevator, or my suite.

IKEA just lost 3000$
So let me get this straight: a $3,000 IKEA order got canceled because one GoBolt worker refused to unload the items — and now the entire company is doomed? Meanwhile, their website claims they’re ‘building a sustainable future with IKEA’? Sounds more like they’re building excuses. Shame on IKEA for partnering with a logistics team that can’t even manage a delivery, let alone a future.
My package was thrown by the doormat
Horrible delivery. This is the first time and the last time I ever want to use GoBolt. Don't be surprised if your packages arrive broken.
On July 17, 2025, I was expecting a delivery. My office faces the front of the house. I saw the delivery person walk up the pathway and throw the package at my door from a foot or two away. Through the door and walls, I could hear my order of vitamins tumbling around. I opened the door quickly and politely asked the delivery person to place future packages carefully because they may break. He said he did. I told him I saw him from the window. He quickly changed his answer to say the package is fine because it's packaged nicely. When I opened the package, there was no cushion to protect my order. Thankfully nothing broke this time.

irresponsible driver
The driver called 10 minutes prior to arrival instead of 30 minutes as promised. I wasn’t able to come back in time for the delivery and he just left and rescheduled and not answering calls, causing me so much inconvenience and trouble. Please help.

No email, text or call
So we purchased a bunch of stuff from IKEA, this company delivers for ikea and we also booked a mattress recycle pick up through IKEA for the day after they dropped off ikea items. No one showed up, no email, no text and no phone call. It has been a week and the old mattress is still in my dining room. Drop off was smooth as silk. Yes I have contacted IKEA first and their record shows it was scheduled for the day after drop off. I have sent and email to Go Bolt. We shall see what happens…..
