The package arrive damaged
The package arrive damaged, but this was probably down to Royal Mail. The items inside seem ok, from what I can see so far, but they're not very well protected. Also, perhaps a few too many email notifications. Eleven in total, all relating to the same order - most of them from Go2products, the rest from Royal Mail and Paypal. Some of the emails from Go2products could easily have been consolidated. Apart from that, all's ok.
EDIT: Order #90212186

Hi Juliet,
Thank you for adding your order number — this allowed us to look into both points in your review properly.
Regarding the packaging, your order contained three separate packs of labels, totalling 30 sheets. These should have been individually bagged and then packed together in a rigid board-backed envelope, which is the correct size for 30 sheets. We're sorry to hear the envelope arrived damaged and will be checking this with our packing team to make sure the correct process was followed.
You were also absolutely right to raise the number of emails. Our website runs on Shopify, and after investigating your order we found that some older/default notification processes were still running alongside our own communications and Royal Mail's delivery updates.
We've now upgraded our customer account system and reviewed the entire email journey. We've removed unnecessary delivery-status emails and consolidated our dispatch and invoice communication into a single email, so customers will now receive considerably fewer notifications from us.
Thank you for taking the time to leave the feedback. It's genuinely been useful — your review prompted us to investigate both areas and we've already made changes as a result.

Good product true to measurement for…
Good product true to measurement for printing, fast delivery. It could be better packaged, the postman dropped it from my letter box and 1 corner got damaged because it was in a plastic bag and envelope, no box protecting it, that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 like I've given before.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We’re really pleased to hear you were happy with the labels, sizing and fast delivery.
For our 100-sheet packs, the labels are sealed in a protective bag to keep them safe from the elements, with a rigid card backing to help prevent bending, before being placed inside a padded Jiffy bag. We’re sorry to hear that one corner was damaged when the package was dropped through your letterbox, and we’ll certainly take your feedback on the packaging on board.
Thank you again for ordering from us and for your continued support!

Cheap, efficient and great quality prints
Was considerably cheaper printing than all the other key printing companies I look at for this size (A5 - Premium customised Waterproof Polyester / Full Colour (CMYK)). Simple design upload, was sent proofs the next day, and the beautiful labels arrived a few days later. Great service, many thanks
