You month after month without your consent/approval/knowledge

They scam you and keep billing

I even cancelled debt card and had a new replacement issued but the still keep billing

They continue to charge you for a "VIP Membership". We had 3 additional monthly charges on our card. One charge was refunded in full, the 2 were partially refunded. I had the receipt which showed we did not sign up for the "VIP membership" but was told we enrolled for a 21 day free trial and had to cancel if we did not want to continue.
Do not use this company. Very deceptive trade practices. They should be shut down

The product was much smaller than in the photos. And then months after I purchased the product, they started charging me $39.95/ month for a VIP subscription which I did not order and cancelling it was not easy.

I ordered some items from this company. The charge on my card included 2 items, shipping, and taxes and was correct.
But they have continued to charge me the cost of one of the individual items I paid for when I made my original order.
I have not signed up for any recurring items or services but they continue to charge me at the end of every month.
I find it interesting that they say there may be multiple charges on my card. That makes it harder to reconcile the correct charge.
They signed me up for a recurring charge without my permission.
I would suggest that NOBODY EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

They are thieves you order something from him and it automatically signed you up for a membership that you never asked for. For $39.95. going to be a lot of you scumbags out there going to get more and more and more as AI gets better at it

FAKE product with cheap, china made tin...NOT the "Perfect Handcrafted Cooper" Birdbath I was sold. Just thin tin bowl spray painted with short metal stand.

Readers glasses were useless. Return requests would include paid return shipping to China. 40% partial refund offered is insufficient.

These people are dishonest scammers, the glasses are not even as good as Walmart readers. They will also subscribe you to a monthly charge unbeknownst to you. If you have ordered from them watch your credit card charges. Also just try to find a way to get your 30 day no questions asked money back on their web page. Also if you Google search you can find a customer support phone number. AI will answer and tell you to hold for the next available agent. You will die of natural causes before anyone answers. I hate these type of assholes.

The glasses I received are not German engineered, they are from China. No different than magnifier glasses. Lousy glasses. Do not buy!!

Received “glasses”. Shipped from China. Advertised as “progressive” lenses readers. What was shipped was 2.00 power regular readers which you can buy for $5. Then they want me to pay for shipping (back to China?) to get a refund. I filed a complaint with my credit card company. Don’t waste your time with this company.

I ordered the bee flowers supposedly made by a woman named Dot. They looked to be the size of your palm. I bought 6 sets for $$172.95 but when they arrived, they were 1/4 of the size pictured...tiny! And they were obviously not made by hand.

Clearly a scam. Bee attractor glass flowers about 1/4 size seen in photo, unable to hold any water and doubt made by an elderly lady selling the remains of her shop. But my mistake. Imagine my surprise when I received a withdrawal a month later for $39.95 -an undisclosed automatic monthly fee signup!

And they were obviously NOT made by hand. Every time I said I wanted to return them, they offered a % of my original payment back instead of me having to pay the return price. The% they offered went up each time until we hit 80%so I finally gave up and they refunded me $65 and kept the worthless flowers. They must be really cheap for them to have been on with this arrangement. My takeaway: buyer beware... it probably won't be what you think it will.
PS they recently tracked on to my credit card a $35 charge for joining which I did not do. Make sure you look at your credit card statement!!!

This is nothing but a major scam. They're so tiny. You can't even fit a half a b in there. It doesn't even hold the water. It's a scam I would never buy from this company. They're bunch of crap
