Dear customer,

We are sorry to see this review, especially because it does not reflect the real history of this order.

Your order was placed around 150 days before this review. During this period, we did not receive any quality complaint from you for almost 5 months.

In fact, your previous feedback was positive:

- February 14, 2026: "I can't tell how cute and amazing they are"
- April 15, 2026: you expressed interest in placing another order
- May 4, 2026: there was still no quality complaint, only a question about how many warranty days were remaining

For this reason, the statement that the items "oxidized and changed color immediately inside the box without even using them" is not consistent with the actual communication history.

When you contacted us near the end of the warranty period, our team still tried to help. Even though the quality issue was not clearly demonstrated, and even though the communication included pressure and threats from you, Glozzo made an exception and agreed to accept a return of the full order.

A full refund was issued promptly at the beginning of the next working day.

However, the refund was provided on the clear understanding that the goods would be returned. After receiving the refund, you refused to send the items back. This is a breach of the return agreement.

Glozzo always stands behind its customers and its products. We provide a 180-day warranty and we are ready to issue a refund in case of real product defects, based on clear evidence.

Glozzo jewelry is made with high quality 316L stainless steel, PVD 18K gold plating, and AAA cubic zirconia crystals. Our jewelry is waterproof, tarnish-free, and tested for swimming, sun, and daily wear.

We are proud that 99.3% of our customers are fully satisfied with the quality of Glozzo jewelry, and this is our first negative review after more than 420 positive customer reviews.

We remain committed to honest service, fair warranty support, and long-term relationships with our customers.
