Please do not use Glover Priest for your conveyancing needs. Chole Trumans team have been nothing but disrespectful and rude in correspondence. As first time buyers we are trying to understand the process and instead of explaining anything. They have sprung extra charges on us at the last minute, because they know the process and we don't and now we can't back out. Absolutely appalling customer service from start to finish.

There was quite a bit of legal wrangling with my purchase and Chloe and Jordan defended my interests well and this left me feeling really reassured.
