Amazing products and lovely people! Great quality clothes

As a returning customer on many occasions.I have nothing but amazing things to say about this brand, the staff, quality and the attention to detail in each garment.
Each item is bespoke and offer a slight alteration to suit your fit.
Both Charlie & Raneta are so passionate about the brand which is reflected in the finish product.

I ordered a few shirts. 1 week later I hadn’t heard anything so I followed up with an email. I was then assured my items would be delivered by the following Friday. This was important as I ordered them to a family members address I do not reside at. I specified in my email I do not live in the UK but I was back visiting family.

Ultimately I didn’t receive my items before I left the country despite being told I definitely would.

I followed up again and requested my order to be cancelled and refunded but they ignored me. It’s been 1-2 weeks now.

I am less annoyed at the fact I don’t have my items and more annoyed that I was told they would definitely arrive before I left. Had they advised that my items would not arrive (despite having a few weeks to make and dispatch them) I would’ve cancelled my ordered. Now I am out a few hundred pound and no items.

The staff were incredibly helpful with getting the right fitting and were lovely

Absolutely class brand, Both Charlie and his partner and extremely tentative and offer free alterations to any piece, if you love boxy and cropped clothing this is the place for you!

The founders of the shop is a lovely couple. I don't know they are couple because they don't do sweet things in the shop!

They promote professionalism in clothing industry. I really liked their Denim Jacket. It's locally made by themselves, they have their workshop just nearby the Corn Exchange.

They offer customised clothing for every single one without additional charges! It shows their passion into making a good piece of clothing to everyone that could fit from your hat to your pants !

Truly liked the founders of the shop and I can assure you that their quality is the best so far, in clothing. Mainly because they handmade every piece of the products in their lovely, nicely designed shop.

Such a great experience today, loads of info about how pieces are made, love how local to leeds it all is and was surprised that it’s such a small team. Really accommodating with alterations as well. Would absolutely recommend!!

Absolutely incredible quality clothes and awesome customer service. I got my clothes made and measured to order which is not something you get in a lot of places. Being able to talk about the garments and being reassured that the fit would be perfect, was something that I didn’t know I needed.
And then getting the clothes and they fit like a glove, I couldn’t ask for anything more.

recently placed my first order with Glorydays and unfortunately experienced a hiccup one of the items was missing, and the parcel arrived damaged. Naturally, I was frustrated, especially as it was a time-sensitive order.

However, what stood out was how Glorydays handled the situation. Despite being a small, independent team, they took the time to listen, communicate transparently, and ultimately issued a refund for the missing item no back and forth, no excuses. Just real, fair resolution.

It became clear that this is a brand built with care. Raneta (co-founder) personally responded, explained their process, and gave insight into how hands on and passionate the team is. In a world where big brands often ignore or deflect, Glorydays showed real accountability and that speaks volumes.

Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a brand responds that builds trust. For me, this experience proved that Glorydays isn’t just about selling clothes they’re building something genuine. I respect that, and I’ll absolutely be supporting them again.
