This company sends items that bear little resemblance to what is ordered. Furthermore, if you return items for refund, your item will not be able to be delivered (the reason for this is currently under investigation). Appalling company, amazed that Amazon hasn’t yet removed the company from its platform!
Bought through Amazon from this company. Ordered a pair of shorts. Looked good in photos. When they arrived, they were certainly not like the shorts advertised!
1.The buttons on the advertisement showed black buttons, the buttons on the shorts received were white.
2. The description said stretch cotton, they were certainly not stretch cotton.
3. The description showed a hem stitch on the legs, the shorts received had turn ups!
I also had to wait a week AFTER they had received the return to get a refund and that was after going through amazon to remind them!
I have done an order and the size was wrong. I returned my parcel and I had no answer.and I lost my items (2 trousers) with thé postal bill. No exchange possible and no refund. I am very angry.
Sent me an item that didn't match the description as were as tight as Lycra. Sent them back for a refund. They didn't refund me and failed to answer my requests.
Avoid this Company they are as dodgy as you like. Not only am I out of pocket for the shorts but also the postage costs.
I really appreciate their effort to provide the best product quality at a very reasonable price!
