I personally have a great experience with Glo Melanin, I get nothing but compliments on how glowing my skin looks everyday. I had a small issue with one of the product that was received and customer service. rep. Rio got right on it and the assistant was phenomenal. Yes, I would recommend all products that I’ve personally used.

Wonderful company! I have now made two purchases from them and each time they have thoroughly impressed me. My first order I made a mistake with my address and my order was shipped to the wrong location. Even though it was my fault, they shipped out a second order free of charge! You simply cannot find better customer service. My second order a very lovely employee by the name of Elyka thoroughly and graciously explained the difference between products for me and could not have been more kind and understanding. She was wonderful. Now, on to the products. They are amazing! Smell wonderful, moisturizing. Evened my skin out so quickly with no irritation. Ingrown hairs? Gone. Hyperpigmentation? Gone. I’m so silky soft and glowy without a greasy feel and I smell heavenly in a subtle way. Not overpowering. They use the absolute best ingredients, none of the garbage that’s toxic and their formulas are effective. I will be a lifelong customer.

Recently made a purchase - there was a slight hiccup with a missing product however Elyka was very helpful and quickly rectified it. My shipment came very quickly and I’ve already started using my products. I have very sensitive skin , however these products have been very calming and hasn’t caused any irritation. I love everything about Glo Melanin! The best part is that their products/formulas delivers exactly what they promised. It’s rare to find that in today’s market. I really like the turmeric bar, it smells great and feels nice on my face. What made this order great was that they were replacing my face cream. It came fast and they moved with quickness. Ive been using glomelanin for a couple years and it has really helped my skin. The customer service is efficient and I dont ever have problems.
