Reliable and Amazing service
Emma and the team were amazing throughout. I cannot recommend them enough. Although I did some of the cover letters myself as I needed multi entry long year visa as well as preparing extra documents without their guidance(i think its good to ask them if so and so might be needed), they do make sure there is no errors in your application and let you know if you are missing anything from the checklist. So its good to research a little bit yourself as well espeically if your case may not be straightforward. I would say for the trouble it would have caused me to find the slot as well ensure a fully correct application, it was totally worth the price.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
Extremely Disappointing Experience - Unreliable Document Review Process & No Compensation
I had a highly frustrating experience with this company while applying for a Schengen visa. The appointment booking went smoothly, but the document review service was a complete failure.
I specifically asked for a thorough review of our documents, as I expected your team to ensure everything was correct before submitting them. Unfortunately, several critical mistakes were overlooked:
Health Insurance: The policy didn’t cover all required countries. I had to scramble to adjust it last minute, causing unnecessary stress and additional costs.
Employment Letter: The format wasn’t correct, and I had to go through an embarrassing and stressful process to get my pay slips from HR in an urgent manner.
Bank Statements: Despite the checklist clearly mentioning a three-month statement, I was told mine were fine, only to find out later that one month was not enough.
Photo Format: The photo format was also not checked, which led to further delays.
Invitor’s Passport: This document was completely missed by your team, causing another last-minute scramble.
When I raised these issues, I was told that your team doesn’t review every document in detail, which should have been communicated upfront. The lack of transparency about what was actually reviewed left me in a difficult and stressful position. I even asked for compensation due to the extra costs and time spent fixing these mistakes, but my request was ignored, adding to my frustration.
I expected better professionalism, especially after paying for a premium service. It’s disappointing that I placed my trust in your team only to face unnecessary complications and delays. The communication throughout the process was poor, and I was left to figure things out on my own.
In hindsight, I strongly believe that many of the positive reviews on your site might not be entirely genuine. It’s hard to believe such positive feedback when my experience was so far from satisfactory.
I would not recommend this company for anyone needing reliable and thorough visa consultation services. The entire process was incredibly stressful, and I wouldn’t trust them with such an important task again.
