Stay away from Global Flight Catchers (Skyline Global Solutions). They quoted and charged me $379 on their website, only to hold my ticket issuance hostage afterward. They then pressured me over the phone into paying an inflated charge of $638.89 for the exact same itinerary.

They helped me in apply transit visa. Good place to make reservation.

Looks skeptical at first perhaps got satisfied with service and There Customer support executive understand your problem . Appreciate it .

I booked a return flight from London to Johannesburg which I paid for in full on booking , I had to repeatedly ask for tickets , I was told I would have to pay another 198 pounds because the price had gone up before my tickets would be issued . I told a gentleman named George if I could cancel my flight without fee because I believed I was being scammed , he told me it would cost 76 pounds to do so. I cancelled and hoped that I would get the balance of my flight , minus the 76 pounds , into my account. I made him email me saying it would be paid back in , which my bank told me to do ,. So I cancelled and rebooked a flight direct with the airline which in the end only cost a extra 20 pounds to what I had originally paid . Pleased to say I did get the balance back into my account minus the 76 pounds . When I took my flight there was plenty of empty seats. I do believe Globalflightcatchers are a very dubious company and I will never have dealings with them again and please think twice before you do.

ADVERTENCIA SOBRE MI EXPERIENCIA CON GLOBAL FLIGHT CATCHERS

El 4 de abril de 2026 realicé un pago de USD 600,24 por dos boletos aéreos Miami–Las Vegas–Miami para viajar en septiembre.

Mi Banco Pichincha registró el consumo por USD 600,24 identificando al establecimiento como GLOBALFLIGHTCATCHER.

Al informarme que los boletos serían entregados prácticamente un día antes del viaje, manifesté inmediatamente mi inconformidad y solicité la cancelación. Los boletos nunca me han sido entregados.

Hoy, 25 de agosto de 2026, después de comunicarme al mismo número que me comuniwué èl 4-abr-26, nuevamente con un representante de Global Flight Catchers, se me manifiesta que el dinero no habría ingresado a las cuentas de la agencia, pese a que la notificación de mi banco identifica el cargo como GLOBALFLIGHTCATCHER.

He solicitado la devolución de los USD 600,24 y hasta este momento no la he recibido, ni me la van a devolver tampoco.

Tengo respaldos documentales del cargo, del reclamo bancario y de las gestiones realizadas.

Publico mi experiencia para que otras personas tomen precauciones y verifiquen cuidadosamente antes de realizar pagos a esta empresa.

Si Global Flight Catchers sostiene que no recibió el dinero, solicito públicamente que identifique quién procesó y recibió el pago efectuado mediante el enlace que me proporcionaron y que colabore para recuperar los USD 600,24.

Alex, was very helpful in booking our tickets. We had a multi city booking with certain commitments and he understood them and worked with us patiently to make that happen. Alex went above and beyond when he emailed us our boarding passes.
The whole team is very courteous right from the person who picks up the call and to the person who sends us the boarding passes.

Paid for a flight and was then told I did not get the reduced price as advertised and would have to pay more for the same seat.
When was buying a advertised price flight a lottery, well it is with Global flight catchers.

– Misleading Pricing, Bait-and-Switch Tactics, and Ongoing Credit Card Dispute**

I had a very disappointing experience with **GlobalFlightCatchers.co.uk**, and I strongly advise others to think carefully before booking through them.

The company advertised a very low airfare, which was the reason I made the booking. Shortly afterwards, I received a call saying the advertised fare was "no longer available." Instead, I was told I had to pay extra for a "standard seat" at a much higher price.

I was then given two unacceptable options:

* Pay the additional amount immediately, or
* Wait until the last day before departure with no guarantee that a ticket would ever be issued.

I was also told that if I cancelled the booking myself, it would be treated as a **voluntary cancellation**, and I would have to pay an additional **£25 cancellation fee**, even though the ticket had not been issued or confirmed.

Despite the booking not being properly confirmed, they later charged my credit card. After numerous emails and lengthy arguments, they eventually cancelled the booking and issued a refund. However, because of the way the transaction was handled, I have raised a **credit card dispute**, which is **still under investigation**.

The entire experience felt like a **bait-and-switch** tactic—advertising attractive low fares to secure bookings, then claiming those fares are unavailable and pressuring customers to pay significantly more.

This caused unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and tied up my money while I had to pursue the matter with my credit card provider.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I believe customers should be aware of these practices before deciding to book.

This is a TOTAL SCAM, I don’t anyone else experience the traumatic experience I experienced. This portal is designed in very clever way to loot money from us. Good reviews in this platform are them too. Please be safe

​Do not book with this company (Traveleap Global / Global Flight Catchers). They advertise slightly cheaper fares to get your card details, only to demand hundreds of pounds more after the booking is made.

​I booked a flight through their website. Before finalizing, I explicitly messaged them on WhatsApp to confirm that this was the exact flight and price I would receive. They textually assured me: "You will get exactly what you will book. No need to worry."

​The very next morning, they refused to issue my ticket. They sent a deceptive email claiming they tried to call me (which they hadn't) and demanded an extra £111, falsely claiming the airline "rejected the fare."

​When I stood my ground, refused to pay their unauthorized price increase, and threatened to report them to my bank and Action Fraud, they immediately backed down. They have now processed a cancellation and claimed no payment will be taken, but the stress and dishonesty of their "bait-and-switch" loop is completely unacceptable.

​Avoid them at all costs and book directly with the airline or through authentic sites like trip.com or booking.com to save yourself the nightmare!

Again I dealt with Chris and got the handsom deal for my sister trip

Never have I dealt with such an inept company. Global Flight Catchers only respond if and when they feel like it. My flights were removed from the Emirates app 3 times. I was in Australia with my family and had no confirmed flights home. When I contacted Emirates they said my agent had removed the flights but couldn’t tell me why.
I will never recommend Global Flight Catchers or use them again.
Go directly to the airline. It might cost a few pounds extra but it will save you a lot of stress.
Just to finish by saying it was 3 days before I was due to fly home before I received confirmed flights.

Avoid them at all cost!!! Scammers! I booked my flight Saturday to fly out on Monday, got an email saying is is all ok, then later that I need to confirm to book this flight. They called me that is true but it was night time and my phone was switched off. Then they said they can't do Monday, just Tuesday and I have to pay an additional £150. I told them no, they said £70. I declined this too, and they said I'll have a ticket for Wednesday. The ticket never arrived despite promising it for 6PM then 10AM next day etc. They're communicative via WhatsApp and very polite. I had a day until flight an they said my ticket will arrive in 24-48 hrs. I called my bank and spoke to the fraud team. I requested a refund and told them the fraudulent team was monitoring my account-they went quiet. My pending transaction was declined and the money was never taken. So be careful people.

SCAM. I strongly advise steering clear of this company. I booked flights to Thailand in September 2025 for a trip scheduled in March 2026 and was assured that I would receive my tickets by October. However, the tickets never arrived, despite numerous emails and phone calls—half of which went completely unanswered. In January 2026, they promised me a refund, but failed to deliver on that commitment as well. The situation escalated to the point where HSBC's fraud team had to get involved. Global Flight Catchers claimed they had issued the tickets within 24 hours, yet they were unable to provide any proof. Fortunately, after months of frustration, I finally recovered my money through HSBC's chargeback process in mid-May 2026. Based on my experience, I urge others to avoid using their services.

We booked some flights to travel from Manchester to Tokyo (with 1 stop at Doha). We found out by accident 3-4 weeks before were due, that the trip was cancelled by the flight company Qatar airways, due to the war situation.

Qatar airways couldn't do anything as the flights were booked by the third party company Global Flight Catchers.

We first contacted the Global Flight Catchers sales team via WhatsApp, (April bank holiday weekend) and were advised to wait 24 hours. Since then, despite allowing additional time due to the weekend and bank holiday, we did not received any response. We attempted again after one week, via chat and the answer was the same, to wait 24hours again but no one replied without any update. After this, we left few messages on the chat for them to reply us back by email and they never contacted us.

This lack of communication was very concerning, especially given that our travel plans were directly affected and he had to book again different flights.

It's been 5 weeks since the first time we contacted them and they said to wait 24h and they still never contact us back at all.

We had to scalate the matter to our bank as we have been charged for some flights that were cancelled and never rebooked or refunded.

My advice... Never book with this third party company.

The price and service was amazing although response was slow but Sara has been there for all my query
