Horrible Customer Service
I’m not sure who’s responsible for all the time I wasted with a Music Today T-shirt I purchased from Global Citizen. I wanted to support their mission. The T-shirt had a neckband that was defective. It took 2 weeks to be able to get a representative at Global Citizen to help me with this. Each time I had to communicate with them it was another 1-2 weeks waiting for a reply. Finally, I returned the T-shirt, sent a copy of the USPS receipt, sent it back per their instructions, and still it took a few weeks to get the credit. It all was a complete waste of time for me.
