The returns process was confusing, I had to wait for my request to be approved which it was on 20/04/2026. I thought this meant that my return was approved and I had time to get to the post office. I made it to the post office on the Saturday (25/04/2026) but they said because my order was originally dispatched on 23/03/2026 that I was now over the returns period. They issued me store credit but I can’t find anything that fits me.. every single bit of knitwear is only available in a S/M which is a UK 6-12 but I’m a UK 16 so I can’t buy anything. The sizing is so disappointing.. hardly anything is stocked above a UK 12.

Placed an order over a week ago and have not heard anything about the order being shipped, yet on the website it says they ship out the next working day.
Have sent an email and used the contact form on the website, and haven't had any correspondence back.
Have had to order a duplicate order to arrive in time and pay express shipping and still not had confirmation this has been shipped out either despite ordering before the 1pm cut off on their website.
Spoke to a really helpful assistant on the phone in one of the stores who escalated it to head office but haven’t had any communication from them to let me know what’s going on or try to rectify their mistake.
Edit : spoke to Isabel who was really helpful and sent out a duplicate order on speedy delivery, and sorted out a returns label for me to return the late arriving parcel when it arrived.

This company is amazing!. Their products are truly gorgeous. And, if you thought good customer service was dead, look no further. I had a small issue whichhthey sorted quickly with real care and attention. Super impressed.

Yesterday I was worried that my order was not going to be delivered. But within one hour of posting my review their customer service team reached out to me and explained the issue. All sorted and received. Thank you. My only advice is keep the customer updated on supply issues.

I bought an item online on 29/11/25 as a Christmas present for my daughter. I had to compete an online return request to return the item (I believe I did this on 3/1) and received a response to say the item had to be received by them by 12/1/26.
I checked on the 12/1, they received the item on 7/1 so on 13/1 I emailed to see how the refund was coming along to be told that they would only give me store credit as it was received after the 30 days return period. I queried this as I'd been told 12/1 and also did they not give extended returns for Christmas purchases!? The response I received was 'ABOUT two weeks' - what kind if extended return period is that??!! But, as 12/1 was exactly 2 weeks after the statutory 30 days and they had received the parcel in that timeframe I again asked for the refund...
The next email advised me that the extended Christmas returns period kicked in for orders from 3/12 onwards. I have never been caught out like this before, I do most of my shopping online and my girls always have gifts they want to return and I usually start my shopping mid November. But again, when requesting the return I was advised they had to have the parcel back by 12/1.
I will definitely avoid buying from them in the future. If their returns period is 30 days and I bought before the extended Christmas returns started why did I get told they had to have the item by 12/1? And what kind of extended return period is 'about 2 weeks'?
