They were almost 3 weeks late in delivering on my order. By the time it arrived my project was over. There were only moderately responsive when i contacted them, but made absolutely no effort to get me the windows in an expedited manner. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

I am so happy i ordered from this site ,they have many options ,i ordered 2 side table glass tops they came exactly what i want and fits perfectly ,these glass tops changes the look of my side tables completely they look now more expensive, thank you so much i will definitely order again

Absolutely Avoid!
I ordered from the company several months ago - a simple tempered glass panel/splash guard. The initial panel broke during transit. Per my records, it appears the replacement piece was never ordered and now is "lost in transit." Yes, you can't find something that was never made. I've just received an offer to remake the splash guard which will take 5-6 weeks, which I have declined. Customer Service isn't. Shop elsewhere.

I placed a large order for 35ft of 42" railing glass and spigots, including a small custom stair piece. Everything arrived on time as ordered; they'd worked with me to confirm measurements, and the railings look *fantastic.*

I only knocked off a star for two reasons:

1. Glass Supply doesn't have load-test results on their website. Other suppliers in CA and AU have paid to have engineers load-test their 2205 SS Spigots with 1/2" tempered glass, so I knew these would pass our local code standards if I had to argue it -- but GS has not yet hired an engineering company to perform these necessary tests.

If you need your railing to pass inspection, there ARE other Canadian suppliers who can provide these docs, and you may want to use them instead despite the increased cost. GS: step up and get this testing done, please.

2. You need to inform GS within THREE DAYS of possible damage or breakage. Even if you haven't opened a package containing ~1,000lbs of glass that fast or are waiting for installers, I recommend sending a quick email if you even *suspect* damage. Mine arrived on a torn-up pallet and the cardboard was smooshed--but thankfully, due to good between-panel packaging, not a single one was even chipped. So all was well, but just be aware of the very short warranty period.

I placed a large order 4 wks ago. They put the order on hold for no reason and now after waiting they are telling me it will be 4-6 weeks. I CANCELED THE ORDER

I placed an order for 25 feet of railing. It was delivered on time and complete. It was so easy to install (and I am not much of a DIY'er). It looks so good, my neighbors have been asking for the website. Immediately after installing and admiring it, I placed another order. I am going to do a section down the side.

I have had the most frustrating experience with this company. I purchased glass railings from them and when the 900lbs of glass was finally delivered, the delivery company dumped the whole load in the road outside my house.
Added to that, the hardware has been delayed again and again. Fed Ex sent me confirmation that the delivery would be made today, then updated the delivery to 'unable to deliver'. The full explanation: it sat at the Canadian border for over a week because there was insufficient explanation to allow it to pass Customs, then all the hardware was returned to the Sender.
So here I am, contractor on hand because we were expecting delivery of the hardware today, 900lbs of glass railings and no hardware to install it. And nobody answers the phone when I call. UUGHH!
Update to my review.
So, I continued to try and contact the company to find out the situation regarding the missing hardware over the next 5 days with no luck whatsoever. No reply to phone calls, voicemails, emails or 'chats' At this point I had accepted that the hardware was not going to be delivered in time for my contractor's schedule, but was left wondering if Glass Supply Company was even still in business and would honor the purchase. The weekend came and went, Monday morning came and went with more attempts from my end to get an answer.
Finally, late afternoon, desperate to get someone to respond to me, I left a voicemail and sent and email, telling them that I would initiate a dispute with my credit card company if I did not hear from them. Guess what? I got a call immediately from a rather belligerent salesperson, Will, who refused to apologize and claimed it was the fault of Fed Ex!
He did, however, confirm that he had re-sent my hardware via UPS and gave me a new tracking number.
To date, UPS tracking informs me my hardware will arrive tomorrow by end of day...I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
I'm left feeling frustrated and disappointed with this company, mainly because the whole mess would have been alleviated by a simple phone call/email explaining the delay. Not to mention how a simple and courteous apology would have helped the situation.

I had a great experience with this company. Customer service was a huge help and very responsive. They patiently answered my questions and looked at photos of my existing furniture to provide suggestions for my order. The glass topper I received was exactly as I ordered and looks great in my sunroom. I highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately, I must give this company a very poor review. I ordered a glass shelf with hardware after spending time on their website figuring out measurements for the glass and hardware and answering all the options. Without contacting me, they "refunded the order" online and said "more information below." Well, there was no more information below. They just cancelled the order. When I emailed them to ask why they cancelled the order and that I needed the shelf, they didn't even bother to reply. Don't waste your time.

We wanted to install 4 panels in our kitchen with glass. I found Glass Supply on the internet and loved the fact that there were so many styles to choose. I ended up with a frosted glass that had wire grids inside. It was definitely different than I had seen before. The ordering process was very easy. We included the exact dimensions we needed.
The order took 3 weeks to arrive. Even though the packaging was very sturdy, one box contained two broken pieces. It looked as though someone had stepped on it (in transit, I'm sure).
I contacted Glass Supply and they were very helpful. They put in a rush order replacement for me. I got the new panels in 2 weeks and they arrived perfectly.

Having difficulty with local delivery, customer service sorted out the problem and resolved the issue. Quick and effective resolution. Also the railing looks great

My experience with glass supply was great. They have fast customer service and we’re very helpful when my order got lost in the mail. They asked without hesitation if I wanted another glass piece made and sent out. It has finally arrived and I couldn’t be more happy with it.

Very easy to use website to place an order. I placed my order and received an email saying that it was in production. Weeks later, (one week past the date that the order was supposed to be received}... never received a shipping notice so I contacted customer service who expected that manufacturing would be complete within the week... which never happened. I cancelled the order. Very disappointing waste of time. Seriously, very big waste of time... I literally wasted a month on this company. Bad business.

They promised a 10 day delivery. I still cannot get an updated delivery date from them. No one wants to answer the question.

The website offered a fantastic variety of glass. Ordering was easy, well packaged when shipped. The quality and finishing of the glass was outstanding. An overall excellent experience.

Ordered 3 round glass tops for my end tables and coffee table.
After ordering, I wanted to add an inch of overhang to the orders. It was no issue and even after offering to pay for the extra glass, it was "on the house" Pricing is more than fair.
Service was excellent and on time and via email very friendly!. Courier was a tad slow (expected these days) but when I emailed Glass Supply, they were on it quickly. Glass was exactly as ordered.
Also, the protective packaging that came was unreal. Zero chance the glass was going to be broken unless the courier was brutal with it.
I made this initial order to see how it goes before placing my second order for my night stands. In the future, I would not go anywhere else.

Asked questions regarding an insulated glass order.
No reply. Tried again. No reply. Cannot trust a so-called company that will not honestly correspond.

Glass Supply did an excellent job helping me put together a project that included 125 feet of glass railing.
It included surface mount spigots to concrete patio and facia mount spigots around decking.
I put together a drawing of what I wanted and the project coordinator from Glass Supply, guided me through what it would require and resubmitted drawings and parts list to confirm the order and details.
Time line to lay out and manufacture and ship was very reasonable, as expected.
Packaging of 28 pieces of large glass (3000 lbs) came undamaged from the east coast to west coast.
Very impressive shipping technics, so not to break a single pane.
I would recommend them Highly for assurance and quality product.
