We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome of our stairway project. Found Glass Supply online; used their friendly website instructions for measurement; quote received within 24 hours; shipment received in reasonable time; installed solo. Price about 1/4 to 1/3 of local 'installed' quotes. (PS - they shipped from Montreal to Vancouver Island FREE!)

Glassupply.com's service and quality glass was exceptional when making the custom size mirror I ordered. Their customer relations department was pleasant, prompt and easy to work with.
The original order arrived with a small crack in it, but with my providing Glassupply.com a couple of pictures a new mirror was sent to me immediately. I even was able to use the cracked mirror in my outdoor shed, so when I'm outside and a bug flies in my eye I don't need to come in the house to get it out. I use the mirror in the shed🙂. Thanks,

We had a complicated and evolving design need for a glass railing on our new wooden deck and stairs. The Glassupply team worked very closely with us to ensure that the design was both feasible and practical. Based on all of the effort we have placed our order and are anxiously awaiting delivery of the materials.

My glass is installed on my lake front deck and I could not be happier! Glass supply provided an excellent product in a timely manner. Really nice product. Shipping took a bit longer, but that was alright. The clamps hold the glass really nicely and the shower bar looks great.

I ordered my Glass and S/S side mount Spigots from Glass Supply. I am beyond happy with the service and product we received. During the process i received excellent product service and customer service for my order. The Privacy glass for the sides of our patios also looks amazing. The Decks look amazing and the views from our decks are priceless with no obstruction from side or top rails.

We did plenty of research to figure out the best way to install glass railing for our two tier deck. We received a quote from a local supplier for the hardware for a system that uses posts and handrails NOT INCLUDING GLASS and Glass Supply quote came in about the same amount INCLUDING GLASS! Working with Alex was very helpful and he came up with the right configurations and size for all 14 pieces of glass. Shipping arrived in about 6 weeks, as promised.

Their website has an online chat feature, so I asked a question that I needed answered prior to submitting my order. The hours keep ticing by and still no response. I guess this is the new norm in customer service.

I researched several companies that provide glass panels for pool fences and found Glassupply.com to be the easiest to work with. They have software that will give you an instantaneous quote once you input your dimensions. I got a follow up email the same day to ask if I had any questions. I replied with several questions and instead of a lengthy email Alex called me and answered all my questions. I just placed my order and I'm confident that it will be correct with all of Alex's help.
