Great old school friendly tradesman something you don't find very often these days. Replaced 7 units quickly & cleanly with a friendly approach. Jeff also lubricated the door & window mechanisms. Great communication from initial enquiry to measuring up & quoting and then installation. Used Jeff at my previous home too. Highly recommended.

I only use Jeff for window replacements, professional and respectful, he does a great job. Always on time and great communication throughout.

Jeff has worked for me twice now. The first job was a straightforward replacement of a couple of blown glazed units that he replaced at a very fair price and a professional approach. Whilst he was on that job he also sorted out a poorly adjusted back door giving lots of tips as he worked.
Our new house has a conservatory with structural issues and today Jeff came out to deal with a very problematic pair of patio doors. He worked with great skill and has actually managed to get the doors opening and shutting perfectly - somthing I really feared was not possible. A true craftsman. Thank you!

Patio door glass double glazed unit was replaced. Jeff noticed that the doors were sticking and the lock was stiff to turn. He realigned both doors and worked meticulously to ensure both locks worked smoothly. Fantastic job! I highly recommend!! Professional, courteous and great attention to detail at every stage. A cloudy bay window with glass blown was also replaced. Quote given, working date agreed, job done. No messing. Glassfix will be my first port of call if I ever need work on windows in the future. Absolutely awful experience with GlassFix. I had specifically told him I have a protective dog and needed a bit of time to put her away safely when he arrived. Instead, he turned up 15 minutes early while I was still having breakfast, which immediately caused unnecessary stress. My dog went crazy, as expected, and when I asked him politely to return in 15 minutes (the time he was actually booked for), he behaved like a complete diva and simply walked off!

Totally unprofessional, zero respect for customers, and no basic understanding of courtesy or communication. If this is how he treats clients, I strongly recommend avoiding GlassFix altogether.

We agreed 9am and not about 9am but I totally understand if you come early. In this moment in time, I just needed you to return at 9am as I was in no position to let you in at that particular time.

I didn’t slam the window, my dog was going wild and I closed the window after you walked off.

Also I think that because you have lots of 5 star reviews you think you can afford to behave this way.

Glad I dodged a bullet this time!
