Very misleading advertising! I received a box full of random cheap products and got charged twice in a week even tho is bi-monthly. They admit to fake advertising over the phone so they know what they doing! Absolute rubbish

Dishonest company . I ordered a beauty box knowing I could skip a box or cancel the subscription at anytime. Before I'd even received the box, without any notice, 2 days later they deducted payment for box no 2. I contacted them immediately asking for a refund. They lie saying the box has been despatched when it hasn't and say they have a no refund policy. That's not actually lawful when they breach their own terms and conditions. Please avoid this awful scale company.

Do not buy a beauty box unless you want to be charged 2 months in advance for boxes you don't want.

If I could give - (minus) stars I would.

Unfriendly Not very clean Didn’t feel comfortable

I ordered the beauty boxes six days ago. It just shows as ‘preparing’ since then and both emails I’ve sent to them have resulted in an automated reply but no further info.
I will update if anything changes but so far it looks like I’ve just wasted £75 so if I haven’t heard anything in another 24 hours, I’m going to get my bank to recall the payment.

Orders in the 6th June and the item is not here, on the tracking it says delivered. Please can someone get back to my email. Thank you

They relentlessly spam you via email and do not respect the unsubscribe laws. I have unsubscribed several times yet still receive emails. I am in Australia and have never even engaged with this company at all. they are literally cold email spamming people. Magazines are dead, I get why they would.

Used the site for promo code for free people. It said based on 4 votes free people had 3.2 star rating. Despite the promo close saying 30% of absolutely everything (ihave screen shots) it didn’t work. I came back and gave free people a 1 star rating. I waited for 10 min when to glamour now free people had 3.7 star rating from the same 4 votes. It’s a scam to get them money for click through don’t use them

My girls won't bother with this magazine anymore. The picture of a women pretending to be a pregnant man is insulting, disturbing and shows how out of touch these companies are with REAL people and REAL women. I feel so sorry for the LBG part of this group who have had their rights and cause hijacked by the mentally disturbed. Glamout wake up please.

Ordered lucky dip bag and it’s completely misadvertised, it contains no ‘hero’ product as detailed and less of the other types at the higher end which were substituted with cheaper products instead. Was poorly wrapped and actually not a lucky dip as most people received one of two bag types rather than there being any variation! Usually loved this brand so very disappointed!

Bought a wellness beauty box from the Glamour magazine website 10 days ago. Received confirmation email and have been waiting for an email to confirm postage. Emailed the correct email address 3 days ago to ask what's going on with my order - with no response. Be wary.
