Problème résolu

Me siento estafado por esta compañia, ofrecen regalitos por 2 euros que llevan asociada como una especie de suscripcion engaño,la cual ni te piden datos ni te advierten que te van a hacer un cargo cada 15 dias de 46 euros... por absolutamente nada, todo para engancharte y cobrarte de la targeta. Cuidadito con los regalitos que ofrecen. Desoues te metes en el chat y dicen que te lo estan solucionando, espero que sea verdad.

I requested my account to be cancelled immediately I realised I wouldn't benefit from their services. It's been a tough process. The agents were kind enough to help. Just waiting on my refunds to arrive.

I opened a hotel site and a pop up by glam4hair came up and I didn't realise it was from another site. I am 69 years old and not very practical. Anyway they asked me for my Visa details. Thinking it was the hotel and I obliged. Later I found out I had agreed for a service from glm4hair. When o realised the mistake I emailed them it was a mistake om my part and asked them to cancel my account and not withdraw mony from my bank account. Today they told me they are going to close my account and refund any money withdraw. I appreciate their gesture and thank them from the bottom of my heart. I also appeal to persons my age tp double check before giving detaiis or ask someone with better knowledge about these things first. Not everybody is like glam4hair who opted for empathy rather to go by the book.

Still waiting for my refund because I will not give Glam4hair a good Trustpilot review. They say gives us a good review and we will process the refund. I am not willing to do that. My card was charged without my knowledge n authorisation. Fortunately I have blocked my card so charges get declined

À la base, je pensais acheter une cocotte et j’ai atterri sur leur site qui m’a débité la somme de 50 € et après la somme de 30 €. Ils m’ont remboursé la première somme après m’avoir demandé de mettre un avis favorable sur Trust pilot et j’attends toujours le remboursement de la deuxième somme. Maintenant, ils ne me répondent donc comme ils sont malhonnêtes, je vous en informe pour ne pas vous faire avoir.

Bon service client, à l'écoute des besoins des clients.
Et prise en charge surtout grâce à l'aide de Marshall.
