The Glasgow Kitchen and Bathroom Centre Omdömen 

Got kitchen and bathroom centre hillington park to measure for complete bathroom and cloak room toilet and small hall gave explanation of what I wanted quoted a price of approx over £11000 wasn’t sure at time if this was a bit expensive as I hadn’t picked any of the items I wanted, thought overnight and went into showroom to pick out the items required and staff who took note of the items picked ,said he would get Scott Dickson to phone me back with the actual quote now had pick out the various items .
No phone call , I phoned again and spoke with staff who stated he was off and was back that day and he would phone me back , still waiting , I read in previous reviews that someone said they had been “ghosted “” as they put it , but I thought I would give them a chance .
Now I wouldn’t bother why take up peoples time if they aren’t going to bother , they are lucky they are able to turn away customers , if they are busy have the decency to phone the person and let them know , poor show no wonder they have had a few poor reviews

We visited the showroom in 1918 before moving to our present home. The design work was great. The installation took place in early 2019 and was not according to timetable but done eventually. The mirror on one bathroom cabinet began to deteriorate very soon after installation. Requests to have it replaced have simply been ignored. Calls are never returned. Of course, Covid-19 played its part, but come on! What a pity that a great first impression was spoiled by hopeless customer service.

I see that after 3 months they have told Trustpilot the review contains illegal or harmful material. That is so typical of dodging responsibility for broken promises. I repeat - their design work was good, their installation work was decent but their repeatedly ignoring calls and broken promises on snagging is very shabby. Now tell me what's illegal or harmful. Thank you. By the way, still no direct response after the review was posted. Definitely wouldn't recommend them on the grounds of service alone. Ross is the chief culprit but he knows that.

Outstanding service from start to finish, could not be happier with the service that we've received.

We recently went to GKBC to find out more about updating our kitchen and bathroom, right from the start their showroom advisors really impressed us with their knowledge and advice - they even created a 3D model of our kitchen to show us some different options that would maximise our space.

The fitters were exemplary, everything that was installed was perfect - amazing attention to detail! They even took away the old kitchen and bathroom and cleared up all the mess after they were finished!

I would highly recommend visiting the Glasgow Kitchen and Bathroom showroom in Hillington if you're even considering changing your kitchen or bathroom - these guys really know their stuff and their product selection is so modern and current!

Just had my new bathroom fitted by the Glasgow Kitchen & Bathroom Centre and I am delighted.
From the initial sizing up they were only interested in what I wanted and not trying to sell me a particular suite. There was no hard sell I was allowed to walk around showroom without any pressure.
The guys who done the installation were very efficient, turned up nice and early and got my whole bathroom ripped out and installed in 4 days whereas other companies were quoting 6 days.
The quality of work was first class and the guys were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves.
Would have no hesitation in recommending them.
