After a disaster of a plumber made a mess of my Bathroom and En Suite the Bathroom Group stepped in and did a great job. James and his son James made a grand job of en suite and Reece brought my main bathroom up to a great standard thankfully. Can't thank Janette at Bathroom Group enough for her help. I would not have a problem recommending Barhroom Group.

We have just had both of our bathrooms fitted by the bathroom group. James and his son have done an amazing job fitting our bathrooms. Nothing was to much trouble. I’m glad we went with the floors and walls we did. It’s a great job all round. Thanks James.

Left my mums bathroom in such a state it had to be completely ripped out and the kitchen roof had to be replaced. Avoid at all costs. Cowboy builders. Was ongoing for months and still not resolved.

Just what we were looking for! A reliable company who do what they say, when they say it. The van delivered our bathroom on Friday and the plumbers were here on Monday. They started at 8.30 and were normally away around 4. We had some complications but that was to be expected in an old house like this. The complete job took less than a week. It is unbelievable. Truly fantastic. Thanks to all you guys.

Think I was led up the garden path by this company as soon as the person came to provide a quote. The guy said he was a manager not a sales man, that appears to be now incorrect. They managed to ‘squeeze' my dates in (should have been a sign!) and the start was delayed by 2 days….
Check all paperwork properly, the new bathroom wet wall is on top of the old stuff, no discussion about this, its just been marked on the form to not remove the old stuff... why is that even an option?! The finish is sub par and far from what I think is acceptable for the amount of money I paid. I got an LED mirror fitted which should work independently but only works if the main light is on… the ceiling lights arent fitted properly.. the list goes on.
Fitter/plumber came back to fix an issue and accidentally put a hole in the wall, apparently that wet wall is now out of stock so he’s put some filler in it!
Called the office for a chat and was told a manager would call be back, still waiting. Wouldn't recommend really, should have stuck with the company I used in my last house.
So disappointed, hindsight is a wonderful thing and I should have seen all the warning signs straight off. Quick enough to take your money then you’re lucky to get them to answer a phone. No after care, no quality checking nothing.
Avoid at all costs. Fear I will have to replace this a lot sooner than I should

The salesperson Colin gave me confidence. Showed all samples and explained whole process from start to Finnish to update my shower room.
Took a few days to make up my mind.
Best quote out of three I had got, but Colin manner with out any sales pressure made my mind up. Adam & Alec did a first class job, 3 days, plus a pleasure to have in my home. Materials all delivered on time. Left house tidy each day. Rubbish stacked neatly in drive for pick up. Office staff friendly & helpful. Thrilled with end result & new bathroom. Maureen Gemmell.

James and his son were brilliant. Very friendly and hard workers. They asked us lots of questions about how we wanted our bathroom to look when fitting specific things. A few things that were delivered were wrong items but James sorted it there and then and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Would welcome them back into my home anytime. Top fitters 👌🏻

AVOID BATHROOM GROUP UK – Appalling Workmanship, Property Damage, and Zero Accountability

I am writing this review to warn others about the nightmare experience I’ve had with Bathroom Group UK. What should have been a professional installation has turned into a catalogue of failures, structural damage, and total silence from the company.

The issues started before they even arrived, with constant changes to fitting dates and delivery schedules. When the "fitters" finally arrived, the quality of work was amateur at best. I am still waiting for them to produce any proof of qualifications for the plumbing and electrical work carried out.

The list of defects is extensive:

• Property Damage: They caused a leak into my kitchen, damaging the ceiling, because they were careless when removing the old bathroom.

• Plumbing: I’ve been left with a leaking radiator and dented toilet hinge covers.

• Electrical: The LED light was supposed to be mains-wired; instead, it was bodged so it only works if the main bathroom light is switched on.

• Structural Failures: The flooring is so uneven that it is already lifting. The ceiling isn’t fitted correctly, leaving a visible gap.

• Terrible Finishing: The bath panel is wonky, a cupboard hinge wasn't fitted correctly, and the sealant was applied so sparingly it’s practically non-existent in some areas.

To make matters worse, after several failed attempts to fix these issues, the company has now gone completely "radio silent." They have ignored every single email and phone call for the last 14 days.

They have shown zero respect for my home or the Consumer Rights Act. I have now been forced to escalate this to Trading Standards. If you value your home and your sanity, do not use Bathroom Group UK. They take your money and leave you with a mess you’ll have to pay someone else to fix.

Very poor! Aftercare is non existent! Bathroom never got delivered until I phoned them! The full experience was shocking! Time off work to get the bathroom fitted and was over a week late! They do not want to correspond after the work is completed! Would never use the company again and would definitely advice others to stay well clear!

Matt our fitter was simply the best. My bathroom was finished within 4 days and that included a lot of additional work I needed. The guys in the office were on the phone every day making sure everything was going to plan. Can’t fault these guys. 10/10.

Time for a change of bathroom. We only thought of changing bits but we got a really good price and had everything changed. Happy customer.

We are landlord’s and regularly have work done in our properties. Unfortunately our normal contractor was unable to take this job on so we reached out to a few companies that could help. The service provided has been excellent and the quality of their products is very good. We will certainly be using them again.

We are in love with our new bathroom. The staff and workers couldn’t have been more helpful. If anyone is thinking of getting a new bathroom go to these guys.

Great service from start to finish, Sam did a great job fitting the bathroom, no issues and cleaned up everything, I would highly recommend, you also get a 24 month warranty.

Visit and estimate on Thursday. Parts delvered on Friday. Work started Monday, finished Thursday. One week. Unbelievable, and such a great price. Great to deal with , looking forward to easier showering. And the rubbish has just been collected! Many thanks!

I've just had the guy in to start fitting my bathroom he's been here one hour and it's going to cost £100 extra so far.

Was ment be done on 19/1/26 no one came told Thursday 22nd no show told Monday 26/1/26 no show came Wednesday 28/1/26 there 1 hour said wrong fittings 29/1/26 Dismantled bathroom very hashy just chucked every where came then no show van broke down came 31st put new floor and pipes in said 300 more ok came back 1/2/26 for couple hours then came back 2 of them did all in one day left mess in close wanted 1500 then 5oo more got lot cheeky phone calls said no paying more as was wrong shower we were told wrong light fittings sent he left window not sealed or no locking door trim round door not right kept phoning so told him 250 only more if came back to day no here yet 6/2/26 so we ended up with some we like some we dont and almost 3 weeks to do job .
