Very cute shoes!

Beautiful pocketbook. It took longer than expected and was a replacement for boots I would not be able to wear as they were not comfortable.

Girotti’s business model is obviously not to keep any shoes in stock. The shoes are ‘made to order’ according to them. The website appears to offer easy return but unfortunately you will find out you may only return the shoes if they are damaged in some way. This is not what we are you used to in Europe, with our 14 day right of return. The exception to that right is goods that are tailor-made and that is exactly what Girotti’s stance is. The shoes are made to order which sort of equals tailor-made according to Girotti. What they did offer was another pair of shoes with the same price at my choice. And they didn’t require the return of the shoes I didn’t want. All in the spirit of no stock I guess. And apparently they still make money selling 2 pair for one price…

Every time I order a bag with shoes all ways a problem....first time bag never came refund..this time bag can 3 to 4 later...and wrong shoestring...over all get jod

My experience with Girroti was extremely disappointing and a complete regret. I was promised delivery within 3 weeks, but my shoes arrived almost 3 months later after endless excuses and poor communication.

When the shoes finally arrived, the quality shocked me. The sole was far too high and extremely heavy, making the shoes uncomfortable and almost impossible to walk in. The rough painting and finishing looked cheaply done and nothing close to the beautiful design displayed online. For such an expensive price, I expected premium craftsmanship, not a product that looked completely different from the advertisement.

To make matters worse, after several emails and explanations, my request for a return and refund was refused. I was left with no choice but to keep the shoes unused under my bed. Every time I see them, I regret spending so much money on them.

Buying from Girroti was a terrible experience, and I would advise anyone considering their products to think twice before ordering.

Girotti is a scam.

On 17 January 2026, I placed order #240126032824182 after seeing a Facebook advert and paid £572.90 for:

* Men’s Duffle Bag 37676 – £374
* Men’s Penny Loafers 58621 – £219

Nothing was ever delivered.

They kept using the excuse that the products were “handmade” and delayed shipment. The tracking link never worked and only showed:

“Temporary technical issue prevents tracking your order.”

While I was still waiting, they kept sending discount coupons to encourage more purchases. Later, they claimed there had been an attempted delivery and that my address was incorrect, so the goods were returned.

I never received my order or a proper resolution.

I strongly suspect many positive reviews are fake. Based on my experience, Girotti is not trustworthy. Avoid buying from them.

Avoid.

I've had 3 pairs from them, one the size was wrong, they sent me another which quickly started coming apart, and the third pair (another replacement) the stiching is starting to unravel after only 3 months. They won't refund now and say it's just wear and tear.

The options are amazing! Website is easy to use. The process from order to door step was quick. The quality is outstanding. I have 10 pair of custom dress shoes from Girotti! I get compliments on every pair every time.

The shoes looked exactly like they’re portrayed online. The fit was accurate and the finished product was very comfortable on my feet.
Will definitely order another pair sooner than later.

Excellent and comfortability

The US sizing is incorrect. I measured my feet multiple times and contacted customer service, but they only sent me a YouTube video on foot measurement. Despite following their instructions, the shoes came too small. I’ve always been a size 37.5 or 38 in European sizes, but their sizing required a 36, which I should’ve known better. They insisted on this measurement method.

I ordered three pairs without knowing about their return policy. After a frustrating conversation with Dayana, I returned one pair and got a size that was 6 cm larger than the other. Unfortunately, it came back too small. Despite my pleas, they refused to make an exception.

I bought three pairs of pumps for a trip and didn’t have them when I needed them. After returning the last two pairs and asking for a size 38, they arrived while I was gone. I asked them to let me send back the one pair that was size 37, but they refused again.

This is the worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. Buyer beware, don’t trust Girotti sizing for Americans. You can’t talk to anyone on the phone, so you’re limited to email and robotic responses.

Despite the good quality and materials, I don’t recommend this company. They’re inflexible, and at $300 a pair, I expected more.

The shoes are very comfortable. I love the look of the shoes.

Ordered 17 April for an event 5 May, paid extra for express shipping, still nil received. I also note that they only take returns for defective products. Due to prolonged/slow shipping etc the shoes & handbag will arrive after the event.

It will take forever to deliver and they send you what you did not order. Be careful, the pictures are deceiving.

Scam company. Ordered in January. Still waiting on refund. Emails that they were shipping… emails that since such a long delay they would process a partial refund. After 3 months no partial refund no boots and they still have my money. Disputing with AMEX. Scam scam scam
