I pre-ordered the USB C charger block from Giraffetools. It was shipped promptly on the projected shipment date and I am very pleased with the product.

The design is what sold me and the physical product truly lives up to my expectations. The shape is super convenient to carry and pack, it is compact, does not get hot during operation and the really killer feature is the retractable USB C code that also magnetically catches on the front to make things very compact.

Great design and awesome purchase experience.

I was hesitant to buy the pressure washer at first. My brother inlaw bought one. After seeing and using it, I was very impressed. A little over a year after buying mine, it stopped working. With no hassle this company was amazing to deal with. Worked through the issue and got me back up and running. If you judge a company about their service AFTER the sale, this company gets a 10/10!!!!

I purchased a Giraffe hose reel almost 2 years ago and its been working wonderfully. Unfortunately the other day it would not retract fully as the positioning guide would not move, I found online it was a broken belt. I emailed Giraffe customer service who told me the belt was not replaceable and to email them my purchase receipt which I found on Amazon and emailed it to them and they quickly chose to provide a warranty replacement! Quick, responsible and without any fuss! A rarity in today's market! I'm quite impressed...in addition to an impressive hose reel! Thanks Giraffe!

I love this power washer! It worked great until it suddenly stopped. I purchased my Giraffe Tools hose reel back in July 2024, and honestly, I love this thing! It’s one of those tools that makes everyday tasks easier — especially with a shoulder injury, I found the auto-recoil feature incredibly helpful. No more struggling or winding cranks — even my wife loves it because she doesn’t have to manually roll the hose up anymore.

After months of smooth use, the reel suddenly stopped recoiling. I reached out to Giraffe Tools support, and their warranty process was amazing. After I provided the requested info and a short video, they immediately arranged a replacement — no need to return the old one!

It was a great experience,compared to other companies where I have had claims,the information that the team asked in order to do the warranty was just a few essential numbers,they didn't fooled around,they are going to send me a new hose reel

Great products that are very useful and convenient to use. Love their wall mount products. I have their wall mounted vacuum and pressure washer and never have to coil up hoses after washing cars. Saves time and makes detailing cars more enjoyable.

The pressure washer just went out on me after almost 2 years of use and the warranty process was quick and seamless. Just provided my address, receipt and video of the issue and got a replacement shipping notice. Quick replies and great communication.

Last year I purchased the Giraffe retractable hose. I was impressed with the installation, appearance and functionality. I didn't realize how long 115 ft was until I extended this hose. But the best part was how it retracted. Gone are the days of sweating while trying to rewind a manual reel. This by far is the best home accessory I can think of. The hose did developed a leak but the company quickly resolved my problem with no hassle. Incredible customer service. This is a must have product. Thank you!

After I purchased a product, high pressure hose/reel, I had an issue with the hose. I got in contact with the seller which was through amazon, which they directed me to here. The customer service was extremely fast in response time via email, very helpful with product knowledge, and after supplying everything they needed, they ended up replacing the entire unit for me. My Giraffe pressure washer stopped working and I reached out to the company to inquire about obtaining parts. Grace became my customer service representative. I was informed that I couldn't get any of the parts that I was looking for. Grace was awesome, she worked with me to try and find my warranty information even though the serial number sticker had disappeared and the original paperwork couldn't be found. In the end she authorized a replacement unit be sent. I was amazed by the high level of customer service provided. I look forward to using this company for future shop tool needs.
