They’ve send me a wrong item and now are refusing to exchange it or return my money. Customer service answered once asking for more details about the issue and once I provided it they went silent. I can’t reach them.
Besides that the quality of the item is horrible. I really believe they bought the dress on TEMU and resold it.

If only I had read these reviews first ... I was careful to measure up & check sizing chart before ordering as the jumpsuit I wanted was quite expensive. I ordered it for a special occasion but when it arrived the sizing was off and the quality was really poor. Return instructions very vague so emailed customer service and they have been useless. Replies take ages and when they eventually do email they do not answer or address my queries, it feels they just make you jump through hoops to delay the whole process. Working in a service based role myself I am so disappointed, and they do not seem bothered at all about my emails (nor this review most likely). My advice it to steer clear!

OMGGG IT WAS AWFUL!!!! run away, the price is very hight and the quality was horrible. I ordered a dress for a very special occasion exept the quality of the dress was worst then shein can u imaginee!!!! and I wrote an email to return the dress and the answers areee so late. I´m so disappointed that we can’t put zero out of five.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS
I ordered a dress for a ballroom, the dress was delivered 1 month later, the dress I received differs significantly from the one I ordered, particularly in material, shape, and design and does not match the design shown in the order. The item on the website features tulle on the sides (below the armpit area) and white crochet detailing on the chest and back, which the dress I received does not have. Additionally, even the tulle inside is different.

I kindly requested instructions on how to proceed with the return and refund process.

(This happened in September 2024) and they replied ‘We will be providing a return label for you to make the payment’. And since then i send them an email to remind them they say the same think! And now the blocked me on instagram and i cannot access their account on instagram and they blocked my boyfriend because we were asking to send me the information for the refund and i want to send back the dress that looks like anything but not dress!! It looks like a plastic bag!!!! Now we are in December and i got nothing in return!!

Looks like a scam. Their customer service doesn't reply to emails. I didn't get the order and hopefully I can get the money back.

Not even one star worth. Fake, fake, fake. Chinese bullshit. You order a really expensive dress for like 150€ you get an 2€ dress which is obviously not the same. Not the same color, size, fabrics, shape, nothing. Unbelievable in a time where we have temu and shein which sell so good for so less, to find a site with products so bad like gio gio dresses. No refunds, no returns, no change, bo nothing. Please be aware of this fraud company.

AWFULL WEBSITE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Bought a dress for my 30th Birthday, which was very important to me. Dress was NOT similar to the website AT ALL! Sent 3 e-mails about the problem, did NOT receive any response, only a standard e-mail with a return from, whithout any confirmation about my complain. Very bad website!

FAKE!! Don't fall for this website! The order said 2 to 4 days delivery and its been 10 days! Didn't receive my order and I'm not getting any response from customer support despite my many attempts..

Cheap cheesy chinawear. Horrible, maybe usable only as dress up costume for halloween

I ordered off this site hoping for the best, and most definitely got the worst. I emailed and tried to contact support on multiple occasions while waiting for my parcel to be delivered (3 weeks to be exact), and I got absolutely no response from them. Finally, the dress arrived and to say the packaging felt like the cheapest bin bag I’ve ever felt would be an understatement. I thought, don’t be negative the dress will be lovely. Well by god it was not even remotely close to what I ordered. The ruffles on the dress were a completely different colour to the rest of the dress, and then the dress itself was just a completely different colour to the one I ordered. It was the cheapest piece of material I’ve ever bought. And that’s coming from a chronic online shopper. Now, I thought sure it’s grand I’ll return it. €25 to return to Brazil for a €49 dress. I’m sorry, what? Not happening, so I email support and finally they get back to me. No help of course. Then, today I was just browsing on Depop and came across this girl selling the dress that I had originally seen on gio gio dresses, same model and all, but it’s a different company!!!!!!!! And she had attached photos of the real dress, and of course, she had the dress that was advertised on the site, only she bought off the correct site and I bought off the scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Save your money, just take a screenshot of the dress you like from their site and google photo search it and I’m sure the correct company will come up.

Bought a dress from here and it took 3 full weeks to arrive. Packaging similar to Shein (in a plastic ziplock bag). Dress looked nothing like what I ordered and material felt very cheap. I emailed the support address provided and was trying to figure out how to return the item and get my money back but they take 3-4 days to respond to each email. They then wanted me to ship all the way to Brazil (I bought a cheap dress for 45 quid so wasn't comfortable paying more than the price of the dress for shipping given all the issues I had already had). They also refused to confirm they would refund the cost of shipping. They were very insistent on refunding with store credit which I did not want as I no longer trust this site at all and do not plan to order from them again after this experience. While looking on other legit websites (Club L, Oh Polly, etc) I also noticed the same models in the same dresses as those being sold on GioGio so I suspect they never had the items to begin with and have been copying (badly) from other popular sites. Overall a messy situation, very suspicious fraudulent activity going on, I highly recommend you avoid.

Do not shop here! Very similar to previous review. Cheap dress, nothing like the images. Arrived in cheap plastic packaging when advert on instagram showed delivery in a lovely box. Customer service responses quickly when my order didn't arrive within the 14 day time scale and have no replied since trying to confirm return policy. States when you buy the items 30 day refunds, however they will not refund, just a store credit note. I do not trust the return process, sending the item back to Brazil.... I am just going to have to deal with spending a lot of money on a dress from a fraud company who clearly put a lot of time and effort into their marketing to attract buyers! AVOID!

Horrendous. I paid €199 for what was supposed to be the Babyboo Petra maxi dress. The website detailed 30 day return guarantee, but in reality, they don't do refunds, only store credit. The dress took 3 weeks to arrive and arrived from China in cheap plastic packaging. The dress was not the one I ordered but a cheap dress which I saw on Shein for €22. Whilst the customer service initially replied and assured me they would refund my money, there has been radio silence since and no reply. DO NOT shop here.
