Scam! Never received the dress!

huge scam.
Took my money, no dress turned up and i cant contact them

Ordered a dress over two weeks ago and after chatting on ‘online help’ have discovered it hasn’t even been dispatched yet… my order is being ‘prepared’ apparently… two weeks later!!!?! I’ve now emailed three times without a response to say I would like to
cancel order and have my 80 something pounds refunded! Anyone any advice to how you get a response and refund sorted from them? Con merchants!!! Livid!

THEY ARE A SCAM. I ordered for a beautiful dress and the one that arrived is absolutely not the one I ordered. It's a very poor quality dress that doesn't look anything like what I wanted.

Poor and confusing customer service from the start. The delivery time was shockingly long. The quality of both dresses was awful. The descriptions did not match the dresses, the material was cheap and the price point expense.The follow up customer service seemed deliberately complicated and confusing.
My advice, find another website!

Very bad company! I paid for 2 dresses and they told me payment is not processes in their system! They are fake site! Please do not buy!!!

AVOID- Do Not Use. They do not refund or credit your returned order. I have been emailing them for 2 months now and no reply to anything. Customer service is NIL. Disgusting

Scammers! avoid!! Ordered a dress 6th January 2025. Took money straight away but heard nothing after order confirmation. I emailed several times and got no response. I waited the 30 days and contacted my bank who immediately refunded me my money and 3 days later Gio dresses emailed to say the order had been cancelled at my request. So I had no issue getting my £130 back from my bank but I would never use the site again.

Terrible company, awful quality clothes and massively over priced. My order arrived several weeks late and they have ignored all my requests to return the dress for a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

bought a jumpsuit in November never came and got scammed out of €100 I then went to look for the jumpsuit it has been removed from theyre website and they’re ignoring my emails SCAMMERS

FAKE!!!!! Waited for 2 months, but thats not the worst!! I order a dress from 150 euros. I recieved a fake look a like dress VERY BAD QUALITY, STRAIGHT OUT OF CHINA!!!! probaly worth 2 euros....BIG SCAM!!!! DONT ORDER HERE!!! I wil REPORT THEM!!!

Avoid this online store at all costs! The dress I received looks nothing like the photos on their website. The quality is shockingly poor, the fit is terrible, and returning the item or getting a refund is impossible. This is a blatant scam – don't waste your money here!

Absolutely awful. Took 8 weeks to be delivered and received something completely different to what I had ordered. Photos on website taken from other sites.

I ordered dress which they never sent me. I tried to contact them several times but never got replied. So do not buy from them anything!

S-C-A-M. Hook line and sinker. They steal images of luxury items, not real.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. They are scammers, all of their stock gets shipped from China and so it will take over a month to get your order (falsely advertised as 1-3 days shipping, they mean it will ship within that timeframe not arrive), and all of their photos are fake.

I was looking for a House of CB dress, and I was in a bit of a rush, so I saw their advert initially on Google and I thought, okay let me try it out and save some money! I thought the photos they used look familiar but I didn’t think much of it. ABSOLUTE wrong decision, as I later found out that they were using House of CB’s images but just photoshopping another face on the body!! I’m pretty sure thats illegal, as it’s completely false advertisement. They’re just sending cheap junk!

They won’t cancel orders, despite messaging straight away, and they will not give you a refund. Awful, awful, awful site! I contacted my bank to dispute the charges, so I suggest others do the same.

To be honest not worth a star. This is a scam, I ordered a dress and paid £151 on 5th December, which hasn’t been delivered despite the tracking status‘fulfilled’. I wish I read the reviews beforehand. I have tried to contact them via email it get no answer. I paid through Shopify but they say it’s not there problem!!! DO NOT BUY FROM GIOGIO DRESSES.

Absolute SCAM!
My order was received over a month after ordering and I received the wrong product. There is no way to refund/return as their “customer service email” does not answer.

I ordered a dress in 2nd November and have still not received it, no replies to my emails when I try and contact customer services and despite several emails I still haven’t received my order 6 weeks later. Madness. This item was £100 so not sure what to do?
