Had to call Customer Service about a recent return. The process was very easy and seamless to get connected to the right department. Crystal was the rep who assisted me and was fabulous. I have been shopping on this website for years. I see some people have negative reviews but I’ve never had any problems with this website they have actually gone out of their way to help me. There are times when I order something and it’s not what I expected. When I call consumer service they are always wonderful and kind very helpful. Just yesterday I wanted to return a shirt that I bought when I spoke to them they told me not to worry about returning it and they gave me a credit that was more money than what I spent on the shirt. I thought that was unbelievable that they did that for me ! I don’t know if any other websites that would give you a credit to buy something else for more money than you actually spent. The person who said they received a damaged item should have called customer service. I always check google to see if these websites have phone numbers. Most times they do. I hope people read this so if they have a problem next time they’ll call customer service. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH GILT I LOVE SHOPPING WITH YOUR WEBSITE!!!

I ordered a dress in two sizes in April they both did not fit because of poor quality. So I returned them with the label they sent me.it was usps. I dropped it at usps . Up to this moment two month later they did not refund me . . I called and sent emails many times . But customer service is not helpful at all but super rude. They can not locate the return . One of them said may be they did not leave your home????I have never dealt with customer service more rude than this instead of doing some effort to try to locate the return this is the answer!!

I got an item that was completely different than the item shown and could not reach a human being in their customer service dept. They gave me the run around for a time and I finally figured out that they will take your money, but have no interest in any customer service. I have been a customer for years, but I guess that up to now I have been lucky. I was not lucky now and I'm out over $300. Be careful here.

I ordered a pair of Christian Louboutin Jane 55 Leather Mule sandals size: 37.5|Color: black and when I opened the interior box I noticed the outer soles had been severely scuffed...so badly that one of their stock people included a postit with written "damaged" on it. I went to my credit card company to resolve as I have not heard back from Gilt after I returned the item. Shopper beware and be sure to file dispute with credit card company!!

I just got a supposed linen blend scarf selling originally for $75. Now selling for 19.99. B S. This is a rag that is, and will continue, to fray right off the edges. There’s no seam to hold it together. There is no way this sold for $75.00
Charged return shipping for item they incorrectly sent
I placed an order and they sent me the wrong item, different from what I ordered. After back and forth with support, they started the return process and provided a shipping label. THEN THEY DEDUCTED $11.99 FROM MY REFUND FOR USING THEIR RETURN LABEL ON THE ITEM THEY INCORRECTLY SENT TO ME.

If you are an international customer BUYER BEWARE! I have been a long time customer of Gilt and I live in Canada. It used to be very easy to make a return but this website and their customer service has changed dramatically. When you make any purchase, the return policy should be very clear and it is NOT. This is the 3rd time I have purchased something that didn't fit and when I went to start a return, it wouldn't allow me to - it is at that point that I find out that the product purchased is final sale. As well, customer service is BRUTAL!!! They don't respond until you email numerous times. I will be taking all my business to REVOLVE. This is a perfect example of excellent customer service and super easy returns.
Very positive experience
I'm really surprised how bad reviews this website is getting. I have ordered already twice with them and I have nothing but praises. Products were in excellent conditions, delivery was quicker than estimated time. Luckily I did not have to return anything, maybe that would change my mind. In any case, I have only good experience and I hope it will stay this way;)
Buyer Beware
Poor quality products. Incompetent, disrespectful, and abelist representatives. Gilt is the the worst company I have dealt with. That may sound hyperbolic, but it is true. My customer service experience with Gilt is very upsetting to think about. Please do not buy anything from this company.
Very bad experience, first and last
They sell fake items. Their international business is rubbish. At first, they make you believe that you can easily return the items if you are not satisfied, but they don't give you the opportunity to do so once the item is delivered. This was the first and last time. Unsatisfied at 100%. They don’t care about their customers

I bought a Saint Laurent Lulu bag puffer in a beautiful blue but when I went to sell it, it was sent back to me because it's fake and I paid $2700 for that bag. I would not recommend this company to buy anything. They don't care and it's a big waste of money.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service that ignores inquiries and refuses to resolve delivery issues.
I ordered a set of dishes through the Gilt website, which they shipped via FedEx. The package I paid for has gone missing, and their support team has done absolutely nothing to address the situation. I can’t file a claim with FedEx myself because it requires sender information from Gilt, which I don’t have — and the company won’t respond or provide anything. Total silence! No proper communication, no assistance, nothing.
I strongly advise against dealing with this mess of a company.
Packages never delivered twice
I ordered at the beginning of April and by the end of April I was reaching out to customer service for help and they assured me the order was on the way and gave me tracking info. After a few more days i saw the order delivered and i knew it was not at my address. I reached out again and CS told me to check with neighbors and around my home and i advised the order was not here. They proceeded to tell me they would ship out another order and gave me tracking. After a few weeks the order showed delivered and it was not at my address. I receive packages at least once a week and my address is clearly shown on my house. I reached out to CS again and advised the package was not here. I will never order from this company again. Terrible service

I ordered a storage bench from Gilt and was terrified when I came across the trust pilot rating. I was totally convinced I was going to be scammed but was pleasantly surprised when the item arrived on time in perfect condition and was even better than I expected. Would totally recommend!
I will no longer shop at Gilt
I will no longer shop at Gilt, primarily due to the rudeness of the customer service representative, who practically yelled at me when I asked for clarification about why my account had been overcharged—especially when the additional charge did not appear in the original purchase order. I was told that the extra fees are due to each vendor, which contradicts the claim of free shipping. I don’t intend to shop there again. The entire process is confusing and unnecessarily complicated.
